Yes, California is RACIST

Recommended Posts

California believes blacks are inferior and not smart enough to do regular math.

Just ask them.

Is mathematics racist? California could blaze pathway with woke math

Quote

California education officials are considering applying a social justice paradigm to teaching K-12 mathematics that would erase “White supremacy” from the subject and eliminate gifted classes for students.

Proponents of new math say the way the subject currently is taught is suffused with White supremacy. They say it handicaps some minority students by insisting on what they consider racist concepts — such as arriving at correct answers.

Some academics and conservative thinkers fear that forcing critical race theory into math classes would mark a further retreat from America’s preeminent global position in mathematics and sciences. An influx of foreign scholars has long maintained that advantage.

“Ill-conceived [diversity, equity and inclusion] policies, often informed by CRT, and the declining standards of K-12 math education feed each other in a vicious circle, which is in time going to affect the entire mathematics profession and, more broadly, all STEM disciplines,” three mathematicians from Princeton University, New York University and the University of California, Irvine, wrote in a recent piece for the online magazine Persuasion.

California promotes 'dismantling racism in mathematics' guidance in draft for statewide framework

A California-based group is sounding the alarm as the state education department considers implementing a framework that promotes controversial ideas about race and mathematics.

The "Pathway to Equitable Math Instruction" teacher training caught attention in February when Fox News reported on Oregon defending the program, which advises, among other things, that the focus on finding the right answer is an example of White supremacy infiltrating classrooms.

"The concept of mathematics being purely objective is unequivocally false, and teaching it is even much less so," a document for the "Equitable Math" toolkit reads. "Upholding the idea that there are always right and wrong answers perpetuate objectivity as well as fear of open conflict."

I'm not making this up.

This is next level stupidity.

This, coming from the stupidest racist POS on here.... Is meaningless.

Excuse me, shee ite for brains, but CaliFAGula is the one claiming certain kinds of math are too complicated for certain races. And you agree with them that blacks are inferior.

Here in the superior state of Florida, blacks, Asians, Latinos, etc are all held to the same standards. And that's why we are smarter than you goose steppers.

“Of course, most math problems have correct answers, but sometimes there can be more than one way to interpret a problem, especially word problems, leading to more than one possible right answer.”

Already you are showing that you are too stupid to read the articles.

Math is NOT an interpretive science. An answer is right or it is not.

THIS is why you goose steppers could never handle Florida third grade math.
