Remember, there's no such thing as a "position" when we're talking about reality... were they "correct"? 

They had evidence of it. I saw it on the very night Brown was shot. After I saw it on Fox I went back to CNN to see if it was legit because it could have been anyone in that video as far as I was concerned, I didn't have a clue what M Brown looked like. Eventually CNN referenced "a video of M Brown that was making the rounds on other news shows" and that's the moment I realized that CNN was not a legit news program. 

They just kept saying "gentle giant" when they knew it was a lie.

Willie Sauls was charged 2 weeks before Rayshard was shot. A Taser was already classified as a firearm in the state of Georgia before Rayshard was shot. I'm not sure what you're saying was "reclassified".

Tasers are not "non-lethal". They've killed lots of people. What's more, Tasers need to be used properly or they're absolutely a threat to maim or kill. 

There are stuns you can get that emit less than 20,000 volts, they're non-lethal. The 50,000 volt Tasers, like Rayshard shot at the cop, are not "non-lethal", and firing them at someone's head is an absolute threat to kill or main them.
