The pro choice position is silly

I'm not gonna play this nonsensical game of yours. Rape and slavery have always been illegal.

You do know that slavery was legal at one time in Canada, don't you?  And maybe you didn't realize that marital rape was legal until the 1980s; many people don't.

No, stop. I have been very patient with you thus far, now you are trying to dodge my question because I have you in a corner. The question is as follows:

Do not evade the question.

Franky...I don't give a flying fck whether you've magnanimously granted me your patience or not.

I told you my position...you're not satisfied...tough shit.

I believe the US Constitution is perhaps the best social engineering document ever written. It exemplifies the pure wisdom of people who...IMO...wrote it completely bereft of...bias. Something you appear to possess in excess.

There is an avenue for appending this marvelous ideology and perhaps you should look into it. People like me may oppose you, but that's politics. Today however...each state may decide how to rule on abortion. Perhaps your problem isn't really abortion, but rather the republic style nation you live in? Perhaps you'd prefer a place more...socialist? More...parliamentarian? Maybe Canada? I'm a Canuck and we have abortion laws at the federal level. We also have certain...rules. like an age restriction you might not like...

We're not talking about Canada and marital rape is a rather thin argument imo.

But ya...sure...

Frankly, I am not concerned about your ramble.

As stated, you know you are in a corner an you are trying to dodge the question. I will give you three chances to answer the question you dishonest, weaselly coward. After those 3 chances, if you continue to dodge and run away, you will simply be ignored. Hence:

Chance #1/3 to the answer the question:
Suppose, hypothetically, the constitution said that the legality of slavery or the legality of rape was a state by state power - would you believe that rape and slavery should be banned nationwide, yes or no?

Lol...boy are you ever desperate.

Weaselly coward...good one. ;)

You betray your own intellect son...girl...whatever.

I'm curious...why are so invested in abortion? It's a bit of a sickening issue which has been dealt with already.

So...in spite of finding out I can actually envision a real reason for the availability of abortion...you decide to attack me because I find the SCOTUS decision correct.

OK...I did recently promise to forgo name calling...so I'll conclude with this...

You're fooling nobody. People like you are destructive and dangerous. Anything to get your way. It's coming to an abrupt end for you wild-eyed people. And as far as I'm concerned...

Your demise can't come fast enough.

This will be chance #3/3 to the answer the question. If you run away from the question this time like a scared child, you will subsequently be ignored.

What an ignorant post! Recognizing the right to choose to kill a baby IS justifying abortion.

What if there were a pro-choice RAPE movement? "Personally, I would never rape a woman but I AM pro choice, if some other animal CHOOSES to do it."

What if there were a pro-car ARSON movement?

(Well, actually, there is. It's called Black Lives Matter.)

The issue is whether or not a baby is a human being. The argument is when life starts. And, does the rights of a high school slut to look good in a prom dress overshadow a baby's right to breathe air?

Right, every woman who gets pregnant without wanting to is a slut. That about sums you up.

As usual, you are a LIAR who changes the subject when you lose an argument.

A woman who is impregnated through RAPE is not a slut.

A woman who VOLUNTARILY engages in the activity that creates a baby is pregnant when conception occurs. If this woman decides to kill this baby because she wants to look good in a prom dress, this woman is a slut.

Women who engage in uprotected sex outside of wedlock are sluts. Some of them are prostitutes, who at least have the good sense to charge for their services. It's kind of amazing how professionals somehow manage to maintain birth control.

Excuse me, but rape and slavery ARE banned. There may not be any Amendments to the Constitution banning rape, but there is the US Code. There is also a criminal code in every state, where rape is a felony.

The Constitution banned slavery.

Killing an innocent baby that doesn't threaten the life of the mother is the ultimate slavery, no different than gassing a Jew in Nazi Germany.

Pro Abortion folk (better known in the Limbaugh universe as FemiNazis)  do not believe in choice. They get upset if a pregnant woman is talked out of killing her baby. For FemiNazis, abortion is a holy sacrament.

Most abortions take place because the mother is stupid and lazy.

I did not know that most abortions take place because the mother is stupid and lazy. Can you show me the study that tested women's IQ and work ethics?

What about late term abortions that are purely elective where they suck the baby's brains out?

They should be careful not to drop any of the brains.  Someone could slip and sprain an ankle, or worse.
