If I were to bet on IQ test results I'd probably bet on Pence due to Biden's cognitive decline.  15 years ago maybe I'd bet on Biden.  Pence has a law degree so he isn't a complete idiot i guess.

Pence sowed the seeds for nationwide election riots after the next foreseeable numbers of elections by not even doing a perfunctory review of the election system before certifying the 2020 election results.

Any injury, damage or worse should be laid at his 'feets.'

VP Pence was asked by 100 US lawmakers to pause the certification process for 9 days to allow an examination of the nationwide election system. 

They all agreed there were strange things going on and in order to inspect the system's integrity, a delay should have been called by Pence.

He refused.

So, Pence was now the Deep State's golden boy.

But, by not inspecting the system before certifying the results to be honest and trustworthy, everyone who suspects Democrat election tampering in future elections has a genuine reason to dispute the results.

The only "doubts" were sown by Trump's LIES after he LOST 60+ cases in courts cause he had NO EVIDENCE.

Pence did HIS JOB. He and 100 "lawmakers" had NO AUTHORITY to dispute the CERTIFIED VOTE COUNTS.

And it has been nearly two years, and no such discrepancies were found. So all that posturing was a bunch of BS, wasn't it? Pence was right, and the 100 US lawmakers were full of crap.

THE LAW says that THE STATES certify their electors. Pence verified that, yes, the states did that. That is his entire role.
