That Biden blew out of the water.

According to Treasury.gov, you are full of crap.  The deficit went way WAY up under Trump, every single year, and WAY down under Biden.

Doesn’t it bug you the slightest bit that your political thinking is built upon easily disprovable lies? If your concern is deficit spending, it’s very easy to look at the US Treasury and see which Presidents increased deficit spending and which Presidents decreased it. And the Presidents who increased deficit spending the most since WW II were Reagan, Bush II and Trump.

Here’s what I think: You could just look it up, and say, “Huh, that’s interesting. I didn’t know that.”  But you won’t. Cause you’re MAGA, and everybody knows that MAGA is all about being full of crap and lying every chance you get.  So the truth doesn’t matter, you’ll just brush off the facts and continue with your idiotic, moronic thinking that reducing the deficit is important and that we need a Republican President to reduce the deficit, even though facts prove that Republicans increase deficits the most, by far.

Pay particular attention to the table at the middle of the page.

You are so full of lies and deception. The 2020 deficit went way up as The Rona was giving people the sniffles and the medical bureaucrats were scaring the hell out of everyone. Biden got in and kept it high. Today the mindless bastard is spending the USA into a depression.

Here's what I think: I think you are a destructive little Tweenkie who will eagerly destroy the USA and the Western World, so you can virtue-signal and oppose Trump. I think your single-mindedness is dangerous and childish. Now...I "could" give twits like you the benefit of the doubt. But after all the discussion and having all of us watched and experienced what's been going on, I must surmise that you and those TDS freaks like you, are simply willing to lie and cheat in the name of power. I think you hate any opposition to your nice little shite-pile and wild-eyed dreams, way more that you care for the people of the USA.

This makes you an "enemy of the people".

But...as I've said before a few times...November is close. The nations enemies will be made to answer for their hatred and destruction.

Enjoy the mid-terms.

1. This is why Paul Ryan left the party.  The entire Tea Party was formed around deficits, and were completely cowed by the MAGA nonsense.  True conservative Argus pointed this out repeatedly as have I.  (Nationalist once responded "bla bla bla" in a typical defense of MAGA economics)

2. This is why MAGA politics is not politics, it's pro wrestling in a political costume.  The problem is that politics is not entertainment, it's used to solve problems.  We saw how terribly Team Trump mishandled real problems, this is why they must be never allowed back near power.

Seems Republicans suffer from short-span memory. It’s been their presidents who have significantly increased the national debt.

https://www.sounddollar.com/national-debt-by-president

And Trump ranks as the third-biggest increase, relative to the size of the economy, of any U.S. presidential administration, according to a calculation by a leading Washington budget maven, Eugene Steuerle, co-founder of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. And unlike George W. Bush and Abraham Lincoln, who oversaw the larger relative increases in deficits, Trump did not launch two foreign conflicts or have to pay for a civil war.

2017 $665 $671 3.4%
2018 $779 $1,271 3.8%

2021 $2,772 $1,484 12.1%

Mikey...2020 is when The Rona hit. I know you'd not like to ignore that but...hey...shills will be shills.

And for good measure, Biden is headed for a 1 Trillion dollar deficit in 2022. A veritable dog-pile on the financial system...for green horse shite and government handouts.

So ya...you, Ryan and the rest of the destructive TDS freaks...can enjoy your accomplishment.

I agree with you.

You admit that Trump created sky-high deficits.

And you admit that deficits will “destroy America.”

Therefore, you agree that Trump destroyed America and re-electing Trump would further destroy America.

Of course But have you heard of Potsdam, the longest and final conference and the only one to occur after the war?  Im thinking no.

Or another way to put that would be just 5 months after Yalta.

So basically Yalta set the table and Potsdam argued over how to rearrange the cutlery.

I don’t think that’s accurate but neither does the changing of one man - from the same party no less- change national policy overnight  The presidency is not a one-man personality cult as much as you’d love it to be  one under Trump

Either way they’re both Democrats so what are you selling?  tha only the FDR-hating, Hitler-admiring America Firsters had been in charge the world would have been better   Or is your claim that as soon as WW2 ended, real patriotic Republican Americans would have immediately started WW3 and invaded  USSR?

I don’t know how to not call you stupid when I point out that Trump passed two deficits of 3 Trillion… but maybe, just maybe the simple fact that “three is bigger than one” can somehow permeate that thick MAGA skull of yours!

Following the table YOU provided, the annual deficit was the highest in US history for each year of Trump’s presidency.  Biden cut the deficit by 2/3 in his first year, something the MAGA Loser Criminal did not do.

So… FYI… Everybody here can see that you’re just an IDIOT for going down this path.

Potsdam was more about what to do with Japan and some final details about what the USSR was failing to do or trying to do in Eastern Europe re: fair democratic elections. That and how to split-up all the loot from the German war machine while clipping Germany's wings re: further aggression.

I suppose Trinity should be mentioned, as well...Truman's surprise.

Trump's deficit's weren't anything to speak of until covid hit. 2021 wasn't much better than 2020, but 2020 was the year that covid fear porn took over the Dems and the MSM.

My point hasn't changed from the original. Something your spreading of BS like forum thread manure in all directions has yet to challenge.

FDR wasn't a Liberal. He was a Progressive.

His achievements are misreported and over amped by a Progressive media and elite political class that followed.

He didn't "win the war". The Republican Eisenhower was top General. FDR did help give away eastern Europe to the Soviets causing problems we still face today. He also interred over a hundred thousand Japanese.

He's served over the longest recession/depression in America's history. Followed only by fellow Progressive Barrack Obama's. Only the war finally brought America out of the great depression. Then Truman took over followed by the golden years under the Republican - Eisenhower again. And so on...

What you’re saying is nonsense.  FDR lead the nation through WW II. So you point to one General and claim he was responsible for the victory; even though Ike had nothing to do with operations in Asia… so you give credit to Australia for beating Japan.

The TRUTH about WW II is that the America First Republicans did all they could to prevent FDR from preparing America for a war he knew was inevitable. That’s where the GOP was. But when war came, FDR got us mobilized almost instantly. And we won because we vastly out-manufactured the enemy.

Ike wasn't a battlefield general, his skills were organization and diplomacy. He got the job as supreme commander because  the US was calling the shots at that point in the alliance. He might be criticized for not going for Berlin ahead of the Russians but otherwise he did a pretty good job.

So slimy even lawyers can’t stand him and even the Daily Mail can’t resist chirping up

Florida lawyer brought in to defend Trump after Mar-a-Lago raid secures upfront payment of $3 MILLION - citing his proclivity for stiffing attorneys: Ex-president 'once tried to compensate counsel with a horse'

  • Chris Kise, 57, joined Trump's legal team in August to represent him in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago
  • On Thursday it was reported that Kise secured a $3 million advance for his legal work: the former president's refusal to pay for agreed services is infamous
  • His former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, wrote to Trump in January 2021 requesting the $2.5 million he says he is owed for his legal work
  • During the campaign in 2016, USA Today uncovered more than 3,500 lawsuits filed over 30 years by people who said Trump and his companies failed to pay
  • A new book out this week claims that, in the 1990s, Trump refused to pay one lawyer his $2.5 million fee, and instead offered him a horse as payment

…Several lawyers approached by Trump's team turned down the job, fearing Trump would not listen to their advice, and would refuse to pay them…

No he didn't. Eisenhower, Bradley, Patton, they knew how to fight and win a war.

FDR was forced into the war by Pearl Harbor. The War forced America to deregulate like a Republican. FDR had to stand back and let Americans do what Americans can do when you get Government off their back. Then the generals did the rest. As Beave pointed out FDR was dead by VE day. Truman authorized the dropping of the Bomb that ended the war with Japan.

What hell are you talking about here?  More of your nonsense.

Due to the war, the government massively regulated and controlled prices for all sorts of sectors of the economy and private industry.  Factories were told by the government what they could and could not make.

All sorts of everyday consumer goods like coffee, butter and meat were rationed, in addition to things like gasoline.  Families had government-issued ration books indicating how much they could buy.

“Deregulated like a Republican” LMAO

Back to the topic at hand, Here’s a great and fun depiction of Trumps criminal enterprise.

Evryone has been puzzling over why the Saudis would give Jared Kushner’s new start-up investment firm billions of dollars of Saudi money to manage, over the objections of the Saudis own advisers. Especially because Jared has zero investment management experience and is you know, Jewish, which is usually a deal-breaker for Saudis for anything.    This cartoon offers an interesting theory:
