Again, this was investigated by the FBI and Bush's justice department so I don't know what you are complaining about There were some classified documents still on one of Clintons computers after he left office. All this was investigated. I don't think the issue is so much Trump taking the documents but what might be on them. If it is nothing, i doubt he will face any penalties for having them.
