Met Pierre. We chatted for about half an hour about history. We both asked questions. We both had our answers in reply. I could see no visible security. I didn't feel rushed. He seemed to enjoy himself. I certainly did.

It was a good moment in time.

Great, a history buff. Just like a drama teacher LOL

Why does he need security, so far he is nothing but a simple MP.

All groupies enjoy rubbing elbows with their idols.

Whatever makes you feel better about calling him stupid.

this fool Treebeard called me a "Nazi Sympathizer"

he's some Millennial living in his mom's basement

he doesn't have a clue

But as for me, I trust in You, O YHWH, I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand;

Poilievre is up front about what he believes.  He doesn’t water it down in some fake milquetoast ineffectual way.  He’s smart on the level of Harper . . . . .

There's lots of video of Poilievre being asked the hard specific questions on energy, funding, etc. and his specific answers to those questions.  He's smart enough to do this, make it available for all to see, and it sandbags any Liberal attempt to make his policies theirs.

the salient to grasp is why

why is Trudeau forced to divide Canadians against each other to conquer them ?

it all comes back to the Quantitative Easing fuelled debt based economy

because that sort of economy doesn't lift all boats

rather it creates winners & losers

asset holders are winners, workers are losers

so in order to cling to power cravenly

the Liberal strategy is to pit the asset holders against the workers

mind you, longer term, when Trudeau is living in exile in Switzerland, a fugitive from Canadian law

the asset holders will also be wiped out

it's a melt up

the inflation will burn out of control, wiping the working & middle classes out

but without the working & middle classes spending, the whole house of cards comes crashing down

into a deflationary price & wage spiral

that is when most asset holders also get wiped out as well

After those three points I stopped reading this post.

Boo hoo.

You STILL don't seem to understand that I don't share the views of Trudeau.

I read about them all the time. Everything that he did was justifiable and fine according to you. He sounds like someone that you'd vote for again.

Quote

But he is making them because they will pass muster with the average person.

They pass muster with you, that's for sure.

Arguing whether they are right or wrong is completely beside the point.

That's correct. What I'm pointing out is that you think it's all good, and that's appalling. I'm just wondering what he'd have to do to look bad from your POV.

The answer to all the gloom is always the strength of the human spirit.  We can create, sell, and have all we want.  Everyone can.  This is America!

honestly, Veterans 4 Freedom has given me a lot of hope

just that there are other veterans out there who know what's going on

who are loyal to the Queen above politics

most Canadians call me crazy for rhat

but the brotherhood is out there

1. You are really slow on the uptake.  I have stated the opposite several times.
2. Never supported him
3. I do think he's bad.

I don't think you understand the concept of objectivity.  Have you never critiqued the Conservative Party itself ?  If you haven't then you are 100% behind every single thing that they do and have ever done.  If you have then clearly - following your logic with my comments - you hate them.

I am trying to help you here so you can contribute.  Otherwise, you should really leave the forum sorry to say.

Could it be that nobody believes your claim of disapproving the federal Liberals, and especially Justin Trudeau's appalling 'leadership' . . . . ?

people who can't think around politics as team sports assume that if you praise something or defend it from poor critiques,

that you must blindly support everything it does and your opinion on it should be dismissed out of hand

which is something you do all the time when confronted with those who disagree with you with superior argument to your own

1. bad assumption.  I'm sure I have read people critiquing O'Toole's climate policy.  That doesn't mean that they think Trudeau's is good.

2. We will have to wait until that argument appears. Somebody repeating "you like Trudeau" like a parrot in a cage doesn't qualify.

1. good assumption. anytime anyone defends Trump from shitty critiques you write off their opinions with silly dear leader comments

2. it appears in Mar-a-lago raid thread and any other thread you discuss Trump in

someone rebuts your Trump critiques and you accuse them of being in a cult

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a helluva drug

Yes, it’s certainly neck & neck currently.   And the analysis by the editorial writer at the NP seems to be relying on a demographic that didn’t vote for the Cons to win…. hmmm…. Dubious claim?

But the Cons are still running in the 30%s.  Why aren’t they polling higher with a government that, if you listen to the members of this forum, is the least popular in the history of Canada?

But there won’t be an election for a couple years….
