Trudeau and most left-leaning supporters bent on denying Canadians freedom of speech

For Canadians who believe in free speech, it’s time we recognize the damage that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has done to the Liberal Party of Canada. He has abandoned voters at the centre and appeals to an increasingly left-wing base that breaks from the federal Liberal party’s past support for free speech.      Unquote

The time may be coming when such forums as this may be banned and social media may be very strictly censored if Trudeau and his supporters have their way.  Trudeau's attitude seems to indicate he wants to be crowned as absolute monarch and arbiter of everything every citizen speaks.  Anything he disagrees with will be classified as "hate speech" and banned.  It's as simple as that.

And that is the next and entirely logical stage in the development of an entitled system with unchecked and unlimited powers. Look if I'm sitting here and can do whatever I want there has to be a reason for that, right? And why not a divine reason?

the leftist agenda is going to backfire massively upon the middle classes

then the worm will turn

once empowered by the backlash, the right will turn these mechanisms back against the left

although the right will go much further

never mind "hate speech"

leftist dissenters will be designated as "terrorists"

the special operations forces will kick in their doors and disappear them into extrajudicial back sites

1. None of this matters - it's in the back seat behind economics.  Whoever can stave off that disaster will be able to introduce their own moral trappings.

the economics are disastrous

4 to 1 debt to productivity ratio

trapped between inflation or deflation, both a disaster

there is no way out of the trap

the masses will be enraged to find out, revanchist in fact

this is how right wing military dictatorships are made

no one can stave off that disaster

it's inevitable

the thing that incites the revanchism is the masses finding out that they have been lied to

they are told there is some third way, that they can have their cake and eat it too

when they find out that no, that was a lie, there is no such thing as a free lunch

that induces rage and a thirst for revenge against those who told them the lies

Not entirely off the topic, is there perhaps a leftist, sunshine forum where things (most or all) are rosy shiny for the foreseeable future?

right wing military dictatorships trucking tyrannical Bolsheviks off to extra-judicial black holes where they belong

then going for pints down at the pub after

what could be more fun ?
