Another Mass Shooting

A: Again, you have to commit a crime before you can go to jail. Many shooters have no records, many are kids.

It's a tiny minority of these cases where authorities were unaware. The two most recent, bad examples were both cases where the authorities failed because of their unwillingness to act reasonably.

B: Bullshit. No one likes mass killings but plenty are willing to put with them by doing nothing. From them, "Thoughts and Prayers" to the victims of these crimes is nothing less than a cynical insult.

Yes, your reply was bullshit.

I just gave you information about the two latest mass-killings in the US where the authorities had the perps in custody, they knew how fucked up the killers were, and yet they let them walk. 14 people died and dozens more were injured just because they let those two out. Those two are the reason this thread was even started.

The streets of Chicago, Baltimore, NYC, St Louis and LA are also full of dead bodies who were victimized by violent offenders who got out of jail.

You refuse to comment on that. You have nothing to add, you just wanna whine and you wanna blame and you feel like the answer is taking rights away from people who never committed any crimes.

FYI knives kill twice as many people in the US as rifles and shotguns combined. Your non-solution/disinformation posts are duly noted though.

C. So how did they get their guns?

One of them used the same car that he had just used as a weapon a week earlier, against his baby momma, before he got out on $1000 bail. Comment?

It's clearly people like you in the US that started the war.

Your former libbieness is pretty much exactly like that of disaffected Democrats who followed George Wallace down his racist rathole back in the 60's. You've long since popped back up as the Tea Party and now the base of the Republican Party.

You think you're unique?

No. I think you don't think. Instead you toss about a couple accusations and pat yourself on the back. When you run into someone not willing to let you get away with crap, you go at it.

I'm sorry but I wasn't a fan of the tea-baggers. What I am...is someone who recognizes your constant need to warp reality in order to semi-justify the things you want.

And I know I'm not unique...in fact I'm among the majority now.

I only post factual links. Yours are without fact opinions and you know what the say about your opinions....LOL

The US has more  people in jail than any other country, over 2 million. 400,000 more than #2 China.

It has the highest incarceration rate in the world 629 per 100,000 Rwanda is #2. Canada's rate is 104. Every other developed western country has a rate that is below 150, several in double digits.

Instead of claiming they need to put even more people in jail, MAYBE they should try some things that will actually WORK. But that won't happen and we both know it.

I believe I can make a good case for sectarian conflict taking the final step into real problem during the Obama period.

But go ahead. You first.

You got it.

Further to this, Republicans have been whining about the MSM not being fair since about the same time as Wallace. Republicans were also who removed the requirement from legislation that news broadcasters be fair and balanced.

That of course led to the awful state of misinformation and delusion now seizing so much of what passes for mainstream right wing thinking.

Something that might actually work is if the Dems stopped trying to divide the country along racial lines, stopped encouraging race riots, etc.

Like the White Replacement idiots and people like Tucker aren't dividing the country along racial lines. That would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

1) Not a thing among mentally healthy adults. You're using a person who was put into a mental institute while he was still in school as an example. He's also a "white replacement idiot" who said that Fox News was somehow involved in a conspiracy against him. People that stupid are only representative of the Dem party - the ones who get sucked in by msm lies and disinformation on a daily basis.

2) He's actually not, at all. You should watch his show instead of just regurgitating the msm drivel about him.

Before you quote CNN you should always ask yourself if what you're about to say is going to meet that exact criterion.

If you go back and look at any of their shows that are 6 months old or older, you'll find that they eventually all wind up in that category. Their history is a graveyard of proven disinformation and drivel, as is the social media history of all their parrots.... wink wink, nudge nudge.

Took a bit to figure out why you would be referencing some TDS sufferer's opinion Trump was like the Democrat George Wallace hoping to make the point Republicans were responsible for the creation of sectarian violence in America.

What's the sect? That's what I was wondering. How is Trump supposed to have created sectarian violence where the Democrat, Wallace didn't.

I think I figured out what you're hoping to suggest when the guy started talking about how both Trump and the Democrat Wallace were both populists. Not sure how populism is supposed to have created sectarian violence though.

I can trace BLM, American Antifa, Democrat rejection of the Tea Party while having a love fest with The Occupy Movement, the activation of cultural marxism, SJWs, the Progressive Stack and other societal splitters to the Obama era. Did you know Obama studied under and fanboyed one of the original critical race theorists?

You appear to be referencing The Fairness Doctrine and the Facebook created legend that Reagan abolished it. The issue is much more complex than you're making it out and it wasn't Reagan that abolished it. It was the FCC. "The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States federal government "

Reagan vetoed a Democrat bill to codify it into federal law. It had been around since the 40s.

Concerning the subject of mass shootings though, did you hear Sniffy flew to Buffalo today hoping to exploit the tragedy?

Tucker went into it on his show tonight. He also puts the lie to the claim he's the one pushing "replacement theory" by showing Democrats and leftist media personalities confirming what he actually is talking about.

Ever notice how much Joe is starting to look like marionette?

Well it isn't more guns and putting more in jail. That just fits Einstein's definition of insanity.

If you are going to make statements like "MAYBE they should try some things that will actually WORK" then you need to have context otherwise you just blow smoke and are no better than the critics on this forum that you constantly disagree with.

The sect is the American people. The politicians are just along for the ride.

Try looking at some other countries approach. None of them involve more guns and putting more people in jail. Maybe start looking at causes and dealing with them instead of just not dealing with the results by relying on jails. The US is a large diverse country and causes will differ regionally. I don't pretend to know what those are but clearly, what they have been doing doesn't work. Unfortunately, the 2nd Amendment and the mentality that drive it is America's single greatest threat to public safety and a good reason no other country has such a thing in its constitution. The Buffalo 10 and all the others are just considered collateral damage. Pay the victims lip service, then carry on like they never existed.
