A video shows the moment when 17 Ukrainian soldiers conceded to the Russian Army. The Ukrainian soldiers laying down their arms before Russian forces. The video was reportedly filmed by a drone in the vicinity of Donetsk. It's always important to check news like that against other sources. Both sides often make 'questionable' claims, and the russians are legendary for it.
