What 'fallacy' ?

"Do you believe people should be held without bail ?"

It feels like people just are so disappointed I answered it and they have nothing to pick at.  Sorry put your quarter in Street Fighter II or a porno loop machine at the Bijoux, I'm not an entertainment device I'm a real live "man"

I'm trying to grasp exactly what is going-on...difficult of course...

1. I do know we're trapped in someone's Bond movie.

2. Has Vlad been kicked out of the club? Really? Are we so sure?

3. Soros paid for Zelenskyy's campaign for President of Ukraine.

4. Freeland and crew really likes The Ukraine. I mean a LOT. And they sure are acting like authoritarians.

5. All have connections to the WEF. Putin, too...thus #2 above.

6. Gas...everywhere gas. Gas profits....

7. Pipelines...open & shut.

8. Germ labs in countries with low standards on that sort of thing. China...Ukraine...Canada???

9. Klaus Schwab...Mein Gott! You vill own nothing unt be happy!

10. What about my house?

Yea...I'm the crazy one.

For all of you who want to believe in absolutes... I imagine you're all arming up to oppose Kenney's Fascist boot thugs after watching this right ?

He was awesome, I think.

Kenney is nooooo friend of mine, MH. I think he's as bad as JT but can hide it better for the cameras. Our NDP fellows running things in BC are pretty much using the Premier's cancer diagnosis as a reason to maintain all mandates. Can't fix this until he's well. The obvious question isn't asked.

So to reiterate, I disagree with holding the two prisoners without bail.  Sorry to disappoint.

Big deal.  I am a prison abolitionist.  I believe everybody should be set free.  Yet, both DoP and I smell the same shit from miles away.

You are struggling with morality.  Take a few steps back.  The stakes are high.  Do you not see how this exposes your soul?

Certain lines have been crossed and you are rap-battling over stuff that does not matter.

I was asked a simple question.  I was not battling, just trying to answer.

I don't know why you feel like you have to respond 'big deal' to that.

High stakes, and issues with 'my soul' don't enter into it, at least not so far.

That big government is benign. Get it? Big... fallacy. It was merely a suggestion.

I thought you did stand-up for a while. How’s that Don Rickles routine I recommended coming along?

The conspiracy theory is the only thing left that makes sense. Occam’s razor. Yet it is also terrifying for some to entertain this thought. Rather like that moment of dim awareness, you might have a serial killer in the house.

That is why the verbal linguistic types cannot believe it, and wake up each morning as though all they learned yesterday never happened... every day is a total reset.

I give the probability of a nuclear incident to be rather high. The needed emergency. For your safety, all rights have been suspended. Please remain in your homes.

The US trucker convoy is a wild card. Is it an ace or a joker? I've seen lots of people and trucks...but only local MSM media coverage along the route...hard to ignore along there, I suppose. Every trucker and his dog has a livestream, though. What are they going to do? Camp? That might be enough to cause even the government to notice, finally.

National Guard...another wild card. Are they really loyal to the state without question? I doubt it.

My caveman brain tells me that the bad guys will throw everything at us as distraction from rising gas prices. Prices will rise until we are all gone.

It is only a conspiracy to people who believe they are the audience of big media.

The purpose of the disinformation is not to confuse us --- we are only cannon-fodder in the world-wide mess.  Our confusion is only a side-effect.  We are not the intended audience.  The intended audience is the wives and children of the bad guys.

We are not a threat.  The air-headed wife who finally gets a clue about what daddy has been doing for realz in the Congo is the only threat.  The child who refuses to carry on with the Corleone family business is the only threat.  It gets darker.

That would be a funner topic to explore on this thread.

Please!!!   I get a kick out of the mere thought of smoking and drinking at a bar with a maxxipad on my face listening to a smart-aleck mumble on stage about 1st world problems.

You did not ask a "simple question" any more than the serpent asked little red-riding-hood a simple question in the garden of eden.

No, I ANSWERED a simple question.

Those of us who saw the famous "Manufacturing Consent" decades ago have been through the deep analysis of how the US media could possibly work with the State Department to mold the news for their audience.

People who never had the attention span for boring news then are watching exciting YouTube videos now.  The intent to manipulate is the same, but much easier to spot.

The thing I do find humourous is when consumers of some media, find consumers of others hopelessly naive.

The least naive folks are media omnivores, in my experience.

'the cops' including the chief of police who resigned?

I am stupid..... can you explain the relevance?

Please explain.

What is so special about him? He is just a token non-cracker to me.

Well you indicated that there was some kind of plan to address the protest.  I think so too.

But do you think that the Chief resigning was part of the plan, or a consequence of it?

Like I said, please explain the relevance of your question.  You still have not done so.
