She is presumed to be innocent unless proven guilty in Court. The nature of her breach of bail conditions has not been made public, but that will come out in the process. There's a point about going to Ontario - which the courts agreed with - which is valid but you can't accurately say rights are violated based on these statements. She has her speech severely limited and is now in jail for apparently talking to somebody at a public gala. She also had prosecutors trying to toss her in jail over accepting an award. You took away other rights might as well take away her religion too.. too dangerous for her to gather and sing some songs or recite the Lord's Prayer 2. For now she's locked away in a jail away from her family with no trial date in sight which ultimately will lead to acquital.
