You completely avoided the topic of TL by making a comment about Trump. I just pointed out your hypocrisy on that front.

Once again you're avoiding the topic of TL's status as a political prisoner.

Yes crimes against humanity are justified because "Trump's a bad guy"

Nope, compared you to  Trumpian. You carried on.

TL is far from a political prisoner. She broke mischief laws and got bail with conditions and now, she was stupid enough to break those conditions.

Stupid people deserve what they get. Continuously stupid people get what they deserve.,

Correction: Ms. Lich stands accused of committing mischief and other Criminal Code offences. She is presumed to be innocent unless proven guilty in Court.

The nature of her breach of bail conditions has not been made public, but that will come out in the process. My gut feeling is that she is not very bright and ignored the advice of her lawyer.

Which Charter right did her bail conditions violate?

Freedom of association (arrested for taking a photo with somebody). freedom of speech (social media ban; could not express support for the convoy).. freedom of mobility (could not visit Ontario at one point)...

Just for starters.

Sort of like the compelled speech clause in Pawlowski's undertaking where he had to speak about the government narrative any time he criticized covid restrictions... apparently that's a thing now in the Canadian "justice" system

Your rights to all of these things can be limited by the courts if you are under process for a crime.

There's a point about going to Ontario - which the courts agreed with - which is valid but you can't accurately say rights are violated based on these statements.  It's too broad.

She's charged with a crime. The courts can tell her to do whatever they want. The whole point of bail is to agree to conditions to keep one out of jail.

The Courts have to implement an undertaking that's actually going to reduce the risk for whatever she's charged with. Saying she supports the convoy or posts on Facebook would not do that... can't just pepper blanket restrictions because of your feelings.

Banning her from an entire land mass is totally dumb and we all know it.

Artur Pawlowski's compelled speech clauses were over the top.. shows the charges are ideological

So they can tell her she must vote liberal?

OK, go the semantics route. Associating with other "Freedom Convoyers" directly relates to the crime she's charged for.

It's like telling a person charged with pedophilia not to be close to any place children congregate or use the internet.

TL absolutely is a political prisoner because she's in jail for things that people wouldn't be in jail for in other democratic societies

Think about the BLM riots, and how much disinformation BLM's leaders pumped into society to incite all of that bloodshed and widespread arson & looting: the leaders got rich off of it. The avowed marxist leader bought 4 houses. Zero charges against her, zero jail time.

Tamara Lich didn't lie to anyone. The protest was against brutal government overreach which was clerly understood by all Canadians. Zero people were killed. Zero people were hurt. Zero businesses burned down. There was zero looting. The day that the protests ended it was like nothing ever happened - they didn't even leave garbage behind to be picked up. Yet she went to jail for a long time, then when she got out she was warned that she wasn't allowed to go receive the Freedom Award or she'd go back to jail. Then they said that "if she's around this guy without a lawyer present she'll go back to jail", so she met all those conditions yet they still want to send her to jail.

Tamara Lich received punishment for doing the right thing in a country with a fascist leader. She's a political prisoner. End of story.

Wake the fuck up.

Every single thing that I said there was true, it's all extremely important for you to understand, it's all germane to the discussion, and there's was no excuse for you to not know it and understand it all before I brought it to your attention.

Don't just fire back with a stupid comment like "But, but, but you like Twump!" Man up, suck it down, and either acknowledge it or shut the fuck up. Your idiocy isn't amusing and you're not fooling anyone.

What about speaking favorably of the freedom convoy or posting photos of your grandchildren on Facebook?

And you are a sick person comparing a person exercising right to protest to a pedophile

Government overreach into your medical decisions... Government overreach with bail conditions.

A rogue runaway Government that needs to be reigned in. Sick folks

1. What ?  No - they can do whatever they see fit and they don't have to justify it unless it's appealed to another court.
2. You keep saying 'can't' and yet here we are.
3. Old news.
4. Well judges get upset when you flout the law, ignore orders etc.  It's called "finding out"

That person is charged with a crime relating to these groups.

We could also compare it to a person charged with Fraud, not being able to own a business for a period of time.

No avenues for accountability for rogue politically driven justices is what got us here to begin with.

So what?

Ban her from going to church too maybe?

She's charged for a protected activity under the Charter.. she's a political prisoner. Surprised that you agree with it

You can get rid of the judiciary when you also get rid of voting, etc.  We know that you accuse judges of 'bias' anyway so I think you should appoint your own judges and fire all Liberal appointed judges when the time comes.

1. Stop being hysterical please.
2. She can make her case when the time comes but unfortunately the biased judges don't wear 'F*** Trudeau' t-shirts in the chamber so you likely think they are biased.  Again - you can remove the judicial process when you get your dictatorship.

That's your extremely biased opinion.

Many, including the courts, think she organized a group of truckers and other similarly inclined people to blockade a city indefinitely and refused to leave when asked by law enforcement.

1. Not hysterics. She has her speech severely limited and is now in jail for apparently talking to somebody at a public gala. She also had prosecutors trying to toss her in jail over accepting an award.

You took away other rights might as well take away her religion too.. too dangerous for her to gather and sing some songs or recite the Lord's Prayer

2. For now she's locked away in a jail away from her family with no trial date in sight which ultimately will lead to acquital. Her punishment is working her way through a deeply flawed "justice" system who abuse the system for politics
