Being a lying, corrupt, racist, dickheaded, entitled, lifelong, deadbeat trust fund baby grifter, reality show pimp, and Epstein/Maxwell john is now what some aspire to.

Personality aside, the economy was pretty strong under Trump. He did make progress in securing the porous southern border. He deported less people than Obama.

The stock market was quite strong under Trump until China unleashed covid on the rest of the world. Trump was the first US President to call out allies for falling behind in defense spending, he was right to do so.

His many detractors called him racist which is a lie considering that before getting into politics he was just another celebrity, albeit a billionaire. He was blunt and said exactly what was on his mind. Imagine a politician being so candid!

Personally I would rather see good results and sound decisions for the benefit of a country even if they come from a rather abrasive personality. Now the US has Joe Biden, pretty much a shell of a man. Biden, like Trump often says things that offend except the MSM covers for him. Sometimes he is coherent, more often he is not. He did beat the socialist Bernie Sanders but has since appointed said socialist as an economic advisor! Sanders is not the only appointed radical either.

He didn't really change anything, he kept the same ball rolling towards the same cliff edge. Trump was/is much less a cause and more the effect of an America that started changing quite a while ago.

Agreed for the most part.  He is the first charlatan that brought his deadbeat trust fund baby grifter spawn from 3 baby mommas into office with him.

So many links!

Do Americans have more money in their pockets at the end of the day? If they are so much better off should not Biden's approval rating be going through the roof now?

I'll give you points for Clinton as he understood that the economy really mattered even as he had his hands full with White House interns and others. He was tougher on crime too...

ln an old fashioned normal political environment perhaps but that's just not where America is anymore.  Kansas has gone bye bye.

Yes but Clinton was also the inspiration for a hatred that eventually grew into the storm that carried America off like it was Dorothy.

Joe Biden...greatest President ever??Perhaps in your world he is.

Americans have watched helplessly as prices have skyrocketed on everything from gas to groceries on Biden’s watch. As we head into the winter months, Americans are about to endure a brutal stretch where they will have to shell out up to 50% more than in previous years to heat their homes. Inflation is wiping out any wage gains people might be seeing. The Biden administration now concedes that higher prices are here to stay, a complete about-face from their earlier assurances that inflation was only “transitory.”

Unaffordable prices are only one component of the economic calamity Biden has created. As Americans do their Christmas shopping they are seeing empty shelves because of  Biden’s supply chain crisis. Small businesses that suffered for more than a year under Democrat-led lockdowns are finally starting to recover and are eager to hire again. The problem is that they can’t find any workers. Despite there being more than 10 million job openings there is still a persistent labor shortage because Biden paid people not to work.

Biden might also want to thank many of the Republican led states for their help.

As terrible as November’s jobs numbers were, Biden is lucky in one regard: they would be even worse if it weren’t for Republicans stepping in to lead where Biden is failing.

Ever since the pandemic began, Republican governors have been leading economic recoveries in their states and getting their citizens back to work. 17 of the top 20 states for jobs recovered are led by Republican governors. The top 11 states are all Republican-run. But instead of taking cues from Republican leaders and their proven, conservative policies, Biden is doubling down on his failing agenda.

No, it's just a timeline....to show, every time a Republican is elected, the U.S. economy turns to crap.....and, then, a Dem has to come-in and clean-up the mess.

I'm guessing no one's ever accused you of being a detective.

Hell....the oil-companies (that drive everything-else) expect to recover all their COVID-losses....RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Everyone-else is expected to show more patience, with them, until THEY'VE FULLY ENGORGED THEMSELVES.

Phoenix68 has lost sight of the most important metric to judge the level of success or failure of a president. Namely, how are the citizens doing doing with day to day life?  Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Is the cost of living under Joe Biden today comparable to Donald Trump? Lower? Much higher? The honest answer is, much higher. Food, shelter, the cost of heating homes, the cost of transportation. All of these are much higher and only a fool would deny it.

Biden is not solely to blame for the problems in the world but he is by no means blameless either. Most regular Americans don't have access to the level of income that the Biden family does.

Perhaps the only thing worse than Biden’s socialist economic policies is the elitist, arrogant attitude that accompanies them. 45% of households say that rising prices are causing them economic hardship, including 71% of those making less than $40,000. Biden’s response? To condescendingly tell them to have some “perspective.” Meanwhile, Democrats have the temerity to brag about gas prices going down two cents last week. Remember, that’s after gas prices have shot up by more than a dollar per gallon because Biden is punishing American energy producers.

The data confirms Biden is squandering the economic recovery he inherited from President Trump so he can appease the likes of AOC by pursuing a radical political agenda. The good news for Biden is that this is the last jobs report to be released this year. The bad news is that unless he starts reversing his failed policies, Americans can expect more of the same failures going forward.
