Why has the leaders of the right Chosen their path.

Recommended Posts

My opinion -If we look at the right as a group that has just a different option or if we think that it is the loyal opposition . They will win and that means the destruction of our democracy and country. There is absolutely nothing honorable about this group. They are this countries biggest threat and in my opinion it's biggest enemy. If you want your country and its democracy to stay intact you have to do more then pacify this group. You have to understand that they are the enemy. There is absolutely no nobility in this group , they have no honor. Them getting their way means the destruction of our democracy. They are willing and think they have to do this to stay in power , They will do anything to stay in power , that include Dictatorship and murder. The reason is simple They know for a fact that they can't operate in a Democracy any more.

Republicans and Democrats are not enemies. President Kennedy and Senator Goldwater were political opposites but close friends. The same is true for many current American politicians. You can disagree with someone's politics but you should never let that be an excuse to disparage their character.

The US Republic is indeed a very interesting study in politics and society as a whole.  But so is Europe. They have incredible problems right now, trying to deal with the opposition to the EU and the Covid regulations.

There have always been Conservatives and Liberals. Working in tandem, they produce fantastic results. But today the two sides have gotten as polarized as can be. Pushed further and further to extremes...till we start reading the sort of 'political hate-mail' exemplified in the OP.

IMO, there's a lot of room for improvement in both our politics and our societies. There always have been. And we do our best to wade through the increasing complexities. I think the root of the current upheaval is this idea of Globalism. Unfortunately...Globalism requires full-on Communism to actually function. And Communism has already proven itself a failure.

It would be nice to return to the rational middle, but something tells me its too late and crazies are all out of their cages already.

For 4 years democrats referred to trump as an illegitimate president.  In fact, every  election democrats lose they make a habit of challenging the legitimacy. So why is it only undemocratic when republicans do it? The democrats are in trouble and they know it.  Average americans don't support their insane policies and a large segment of their base (especially the hispanics) have shifted their allegiance away from the democrat party and going republican.  That's how democracy works.

A constitutional republic to be exact. For the most part, the US has been served pretty well with the two main parties. There is a growing radical element in one of the parties, very vocal and demanding. (Hint, not in the Republicans)?

Radical element???

Have you forgotten the Republican attempt to overthrow democracy?

The first time in history it happened and under a psychopathic buffoon you supported and will do again. Yet it's democrats who are vocal and demanding ????

Are you kidding?

Radical element>>>>the Squad>>>>Bernie Sanders(socialist, now an economic advisor thanks to Biden). This is not the party of JFK or even Bill Clinton who was actually pragmatic enough to know that the economy mattered even while he had his hands full with all those female interns.

I'll repeat what I said earlier for your benefit, it's a constitutional republic, not a democracy as in popular vote. And while Jan 6 was horrible, it's much more accurate to describe it as hundreds of rioters out of control and not a coordinated attempt by the Republicans to overthrow "democracy".

For the umpteenth time, I despise all riots whether it's the one perpetrated by idiots on the right or the countless Antifa/BLM riots perpetrated by much greater numbers of idiots on the left.

If I didn't know better one might think you're equating Republicans with Nazis.  Are you??

NO but I do call them hate Nazis' , in direct form with the thinking and ugliness of the Nazi's, If that's what you mean. I never call them Nazi's, A hate Nazi is a American form caused by the ugliness ,hatred, cruelty ,bigotry and the Xenophobia of the right. Never seen a uglier group in this country in my lifetime. They will sell out my country, piss on the flag and constitution ,give up democracy to stay in power, They have found out that they no longer can survive  in a democracy and will do anything including murder to stay in power.

A republic is a form of democracy, doesn't really matter .its like everything with the right, you haters have to be able to define everything because they have to be bullshit, problem is there already is a definition  , one that always saysyours is stupid. You have to do this to make a argument. You will never let the facts get in the way of your opinion.

 AND JAN6th

The BLM protest totally legal , totally honorable, dealing with a truth, protesting against evil by the police forces across this country are heroes and should be treated with respected , the people who started the fires and destruction ,during those protest which was totally illegal should have been shot.

Jan6th Their protest being totally legal was totally dishonorable, dealing with a complete lie, protesting against something that didn't even exist, was done by brain dead stupid people, that should be shown no respect , stupid yes but still legal .The people who forced their way into the capital, which was totally illegal should to the man all been shot , for being traitors trying to bring down our democracy to force in a piece of shit for a dictator.

This is about as worthless and so far from reality, The democrats arein such trouble that the republicans in all hate partty strongholds are taking the vote away from every block of people that are made up of Democrats. They have changed law to be able to bring down any election they don't like and they have made law saying that a judge without needing a reason can turn a election around and say who wins. Ya you bet the Democrats are in trouble. How stupid is your remark about Hispanics

There has never been a communist country in the world at least defined by Marx. This is as stupid as comments get  and the socialism nonsense that doesn't exist here either ; nor will it ever, This is always my favorite right win stupidity . the only way they can make it work for them is if they define what they are themselves , but Marx's definition of Communism and any real definition of socialism says your definition is full of crap.

I think you best read exactly what a democracy means.

The idiots on the right were conned by trump to cause damage and death. The d democrats never advocated one riot etc by those you mentioned. Not one. In fact they spoke out against them unlike trump who stood in the bunker cheering them on like a 12 yo at a party.

What a disgraceful dickhead he is. Now we find all his brain dead lackeys want to re install him to fix the problems he caused.

You guys don't think straight most of the time.

Why don't you try to prove you're grand statement instead of just disagreeing?

You know...just for a change of pace.
