America Under pResident Biden

"President Biden was giving a press briefing on wildfires on Friday, when he made an impossible claim that has to be seen to be believed. Watch:

“You know, I come from the state of Delaware,” Biden said. “We had more acreage burn last year than the state of Delaware and Maryland combined. Combined.”

And then he says "I want people to understand that are listening to this". LMAO, no one understand anything you say Joey B, and not because it's over their heads.

The only reason Biden was elected was because of better confidence in handling the pandemic.  And they’ve completely botched it.

Now Vanity Fair has more credibility than the MSM. It might only be at 1%, but it's 1% more than the rest of them.

When I was a kid and read "The Emperor's New Clothes" I thought that it was a complete farce with no real basis in reality, but here we are in 2021 where anyone who doesn't pretend to see decency and competency in everything that Trudeau and Biden say and do is instantly branded as a racist.

I honestly think that leftists are the dumbest and most worthless group of humans in the entire history of the planet.

Osama bin Laden BANNED al Qaeda from trying to assassinate Joe Biden because he believed he would be an incompetent president and 'lead the US into a crisis'

"

Bin Laden made the remark in a 2010 letter that was found in a trove of documents at the Pakistan compound where he was killed by US special forces in 2011.

The document was first made public in 2012 but has been brought back to light and given new significance amid the chaotic US withdrawal from Afghanistan that has gifted the country back to the Taliban.

He was an evil shit of a man but nobody ever said Bin Laden was stupid.

What's really scary is that Biden is only 7 months into his term and every world leader that is at odds with America has already gone from being a side-show hack to a silverback. What are the next 3 years going to look like? How much territory will Russia and China gobble up?

The US desperately needs a replacement for Biden but the next two in line are Harris and Pelosi, which isn't going to make them any stronger. Iran, NoKo, Russia and China will just piss themselves laughing the day that Biden steps down.

Was Nov 3rd 2020 the day that China became the world's top superpower, or was it in Aug of 2021?

So, how  do you see the world dynamics playing out now?? Seems  that there were a lot of factors  that   got the US into this current mess.  Failure to learn from previous   invasions   ...........being one..

I see 3 more years of total weakness and stupidity from the US.

One thing that nobody seems to be mentioning is that they will probably be asked to close their bases in some foreign countries where they were never very popular anyways. Where they're no being asked to leave, they'll probably have no choice but leave anyways because their government is spending money at home like a coked-up rapper.

Israel will have a really tough time in the years ahead because America's ability to project power will be weakened. Just remember it's not only the amount of power that America has that's to be feared, it's their likeliness to use it, which has evaporated.

The fact that America is whimpering out of Afghanistan, and is admitting that the Taliban are their bosses over there now, tends to diminish America's sense of moral authority as well. The whole shtick used to be "The Talis are evil, and we will hunt them down" and now they are relying on the Talis' sense of decency to allow Americans to get out.

The whole 'moral authority' thing doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but it's huge. They used to be able to do some nasty shit and still remain popular, now they can't even threaten or they'll have the Taliban telling them to STFU.

Domestically, the cartels will continue to control the border. Kamala Harris has been as effective as a screen door on a submarine.

Is America the leader of the free world now, or has that role been passed on to Britain now?

This current mess has nothing at all to do with the last 20 years.

This current mess has everything to do with brutal mismanagement and a lack of military tactics that would get the leader of a Boy Scouts Troop court-martialled.

They didn't even get their planes and copters out?

They left behind $83 Billion worth of high-tech weaponry?

They gave the Talis the most secure airbase on the planet and opted to carry out their retreat from a wide-open civilian airport.

FFS they trained tens of thousands of soldiers and then they left them with an arsenal that puts Canada's military to shame, and they all work for the Talis now or they're unemployed. Hmmmm.

The Talis could literally waste Canada with the shit that America left them.

They pulled out their military before they got any of their civilians out. DUH!!!!!!!!

This has absolutely nothing to do with anything that Bush, Obama or Trump did.

Harris and Biden both said that this clusterfuck method of withdrawing civilians and troops was done perfectly. Biden said that he still wouldn't change anything. That means that even his hindsight is grossly incompetent.

Worst case scenario??  Or are we seeing it.??

As bad as it is, shit will go sideways if an American civilian is killed, or if there are still Americans there after Aug 31st.

China has already recognized the Talis as the leaders of a country, and America isn't technically at war with this new country - they were only there legally at the behest of the old government.

The entire world gets that America is pulling out, and it's probably fine for their military to return fire while they're doing so, but the Aug 31 deadline could become 'Awkward Retreat Shitshow V9.9'.

getting every y American out will  be a challenge as not all of them   are registered with the embassy etc.   The Taliban  is unpredictable , volatile  and trigger happy.   They need to  get their equipment out too.    They  seem to be moving  big numbers out now  with flights   leaving every  thirty minutes.   getting to the  airport   is the challenge.

Someone certainly underestimated  the skills  and ability of the Taliban........... as the speed  with which  this changed  is rather astonishing.  But then   they   don't play by any rules............except what is expedient  for them.

So,  what is the best case scenario??

There will be years of post mortems on this one..

(Don't think that Biden will run again.........;-)

The best case scenario is the Taliban let all the Americans out and get to act like heroes, but no doubt thousands of Afghans who helped the Americans will be left behind and that won't be pretty.

How  could this  have been prevented??    What should have been done, that wasn't??......particularly  with the speed the Taliban took the country.

Biden is  establishing "contingency" plans     ...which is  a not so  veiled  message to  the Taliban  to keep their  word   (not that they can be trusted)

A question for Biden supporters here: Has Joe Biden met or exceeded your expectations? Has he not met your expectations?

I don't like Biden at all but to date he is pretty much what I expected him to be. He doesn't seem to have much of a grasp on anything. He's a disaster without a teleprompter and slightly less so with one at hand. His constant exaggerations are kind of amusing but scary at the same time since he's the actual President.

It is too soon to make such an analysis.   He has done some good things.   Some  folks just don't like him........because he does not have  a flashy  dynamic  person anna.  The current crisis   a result of  complex  factors    ,  some of which  could not have been predicted.  It might be wise to  wait   at least   until two years  has past   before    we can truly  assess   his performance.   It is easy to be over eractive   when a crisis is in progress.

the mistake started  when  it was decided to INVADE a nation   in revenge  for  terrorism.   You cannot fight a traditional military war  on an ism.  But Bush  wanted  to  appear  "strong"  and  powerful........ and used the military    to invade a complex nation   that  has been a graveyard for  empires   for years.   The fact they let it drag this long......  only compounded  the problem....... creating a  dependency on the US  .   Of course  leaving now  or any time  was going to be complicated.

Let's see how this plays out before   we  pass judgement   on the man. There will be plenty of time for post mortems.when the dust settles    and emotions are not running so high.

One thing is clear ........this invasion did NOTHING  to  resolve the terrorism problem........given  the two  terrorist attacks at Kabul airport today.  The  terrorists  were  barely kept at bay  during    the years of US occupation ..........The terrorist just lay dormant    for a while.......... but    were able to  execute their plans  quickly  after the TAliban  took over.
