And then progressives sneer at us for only caring about the rich.

This problem should cross every political boundary, it should effect all politicians, but sadly it does not, This problem will be solved when enough soldiers have died and Canadians of all strips, religions , races, stand up and say enough !!!!... The only question remains is how many more is enough ? Soldiers have no unions so they lack a voice to speak for them, we are caught in between a nation we love, and a need to serve something larger, and on the other side of the coin a mostly ungrateful public , and politicians who don't care at all.  This is our nation we call Canada, this is how we treat those that answer our nations call...

Soldiers come from all across Canada, they are our friends, our sisters and brothers, aunts and uncles, grand fathers and grand mothers, every last one of them are Canadians regardless of skin color, creed, or religion.... and yet most Canadians could not care how they are treated... to busy in their own lives to do anything about it...

I'm not big on governments giving foreign aid, unless it's dealing with an emergency.  Foreign aid is great but I think citizens should decide who to give it to and how much out of their own pocket. Taxing citizens for things like roads, water systems, national defense etc is reasonable, but taxing them (re: forcing people to you give money by force of threat and jail time) and then giving that tax money away to foreign countries doesn't seem right.

I feel precisely the same way about military aid.  I can't help but wonder how much foreign aid we send abroad is to mitigate the effects of someone else's military aid.

Agree for the most part.   We do have to give some foreign aid but 600 million for abortions in the the third world,  maybe food and education would be a start.

Why do we have to scribblet?

Are they entitled to our money?

Considering that many women are abandonned and have already one or many other kids they barely or can't provide support, abortions is also an effective solution but, I admit it is not necessarly constructive without proper education.

What disgusts me is, if you just blow the dust off the surface, you will see the corruption and how the money is redirected into other interests. How much of that money really goes to the ones in need? It's surprising how big is the leak.

And how much of that $2.65 billion for 'climate change' is going to wind up in the bank accounts of various officials in the third world?

Let's add this into the mix too.

“My wish is that we continue to increase levels in our immigration system for refugees. I’m very open to saying that, and I will do whatever I can, in whatever position I am in, to continue to push for higher refugee numbers every single year,”  our Somali Immigration minister.

Are you kidding me? I hate Quebec...

I know it sounds strange from a guy that supports the PPC, but most people in Quebec, think Canada owes them a living.

I would be cheering through the roof, if Quebec left our federation.

It's funny how the most anti-conservative province takes most of the oil revenue.

I'm telling you, a lot of French people are like the Bloc leader. A bunch of snobs.

I'm afraid Canada is now well into a  globalist frame of mind.

Leaders like Trudeau, or Singh, or May,  ...….are, or will become merely puppets.  Our real leaders sit in the UN.

I think this election is so important since it will direct us on which way to go:  full-pledged globalist, or sovereign.

You say that as if there is sovereign option running who has a chance to win, but there isn't. All the options who can win are globalist,

That's true!  Bernier is the only conservative and we know he'll never make it!  Leftist media had succeeded in demonizing conservatism!  It's dead in Canada!

it's either a full-pledged SOCIALIST globalist - or, progressive globalist - which is socialist light.

Keep a stiff upper lip!  Cliff - here we come.
