The Berlin Wall kept ordinary people in; a prison wall keeps bad people out. Trump is not the Soviet Union. Second, Libertarians (I'm not a Libertarian, BTW) understand "walls" badly. IME, Libertarians wrongly view all freedoms (no walls) as good. They're dead wrong . Club goods. What is a civilised society?
