Wanna Build a Ski Resort

Recommended Posts

Howdy Dooody folks. I am sure this post will be considered an insult to Quebecers and Liberals but definitely not to Canadians eh Greg ?

The Liberal Party of Canada under the guise of the Liberal Government GAVE $100million dollars to a Quebec Developer to build a ski resort on Mont Tremblant. It included roads, sewer system, power grid, Chalet, etc etc.

The money came from Canadian Taxpayers.

It gets better folks. All of a sudden this developer started making huge contributions to the Liberal Party using of course Canadian Tax Dollars.

What an insult to Canadians.

So Greg are you going to ban any Liberal supporter on this forum that has insulted us Canadian Taxpayers by ripping us off with the Ski Resort, Adscam, Bombardier etal?

Hello?

Listen up folks THESE are the same people who ranted on about the government giving Bombardier money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad for the Liberals to do it goes un-noticed when the Conservatives do it!!!

Get a load of this:

until after Bombardier acquired Canadair for just $120-million, while Ottawa assumed nearly $1.2-billion in debt.

THAT'S $1.2 BILLION!!!!!!!! A Conservative government ASSUMED $1.2 BILLION of Canadair's debt!!!!

Can you say tax payers screwed again??

WOW!!!!

The Conservatives haven't done anything to anyone for over 12 years, simply because they haven't been in power so they are clean as a whistle whereas the Liberal Party isn't. There are all kinds of proof against the Liberals.

An example that I know about is the $3.6 million given to a friend of Jean Chretien who got out of jail, went back to Shawinigan and got the cheque from Chretiens Liberal Government to buy, restore a golf course, and build a new tavern. All with taxpayers money and he didn't have to return it to the government.

In short anything the Tories did is old and ancient, however, the past twelve years of the Liberals in power has cost us taxpayers dearly with more to come as long as they remain in power.

Mulroney's pumping taxpayer money into Bombardier seems like an odd thing for a Liberal supporter to complain about, considering how much money the Liberals have given to Bombardier since they took office...

Actually Mulrooney didn't pump any money into Bombardier, accepted the debt but didn't give them any money up front. I couldn't stand Mulrooney and the Tories then but after the Liberals got back into power what they have done to us is awfully disgusting and many of them should be tried, found guilty and put in jail.

Unfortunately all of our judges are Liberal appointees across Canada, that is Federal and Provincial judges are all Liberals.

I don't like the Liberals. I don't like the Conservatives.

Reform isn't there any more, at least not in any recognizable manifestation.

NDP??? A fringe party, as always.

BLOC??? Not worth mentioning other than as an embarassment to the country.

But whoever is in power, there is corruption. There is nepotism. There is glad-handing.

As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be....

The Liberals are simply doing exactly what administrations before them have always done; whatever they feel they can get away with.

In other words, in the past 12 years the Conservatives haven't had a chance to screw us over because as bad as the Liberals may be, the voting public seems to think that the Conservatives are worse.

Otherwise, they'd have been voted in by now eh???

Oh well, bad as things may seem, at least we're not starting wars every 2 years.
