Canada's unemployment rate is 5.8%. The only way there could be two million unemployed is if every man woman and child in the country was employable. Do the arithmetic.

The US has nine times our population, it's federal debt is 32 times Canada's,  its 2018 deficit is 42 times Canada's and the US per capita federal debt is double Canada.

That 830 billion the US is borrowing this year and over a trillion next year will employ a lot of people.

Our debt is no doubt lower due to the lower population number compared to the USA. In a country like Canada there should be no one on unemployment for very long. Massive Immigration is the cause of unemployment. A fact that everyone likes ignore. Thousands of new immigrants legal and illegal plus millions of Canadians are on welfare or are unemployed. Both welfare/unemployment are still the same thing. Both people on those two benefit programs are still collecting taxpayer's tax dollars to keep them alive and well. What is needed is for the government to get out of the way of progress. Millions of new jobs could be created tomorrow if it were not for the government constantly kissassing environmentalists, native Indians and socialists who are responsible for thousands of useless rules and regulations and high taxes. If our socialist/communist governments would stop blowing billions our tax dollars on helping and giving away to other countries our tax dollars thru foreign aid and spent that money on Canada we would all be doing quite well and all should be working. 5.8% equals approx. 2,146,000 million Canadians unemployed. Way too many Canadians unemployed. You do the arithmetic yourself. Stop all immigration for awhile and Canada could probably get them all employed. What would help also is get rid of too many rules and regulations and high taxes that stifles growth. The Canadian government is lying to you when they say Canada is in good shape. What? Do you honestly believe that the government is going to tell you that the country is going for a shit? C'mon, get with the program.

The hundreds of billions of our tax dollars that are being blown every year on plenty of useless socialist/communist programs and agendas that do nothing for Canada or Canadians is the reason why our federal government has to borrow hundreds of billions of dollars every year from the banksters to help the government pay for all those many useless programs and agendas. We are in debt because we have had governments for decades now that think that borrowing money from the banksters and throwing that money away on useless programs that are mostly meant to be given away to the rest of the world is a great deal for Canada and Canadians.

Our Canadian liberal government has just been recently found out that our veterans are owed hundreds of thousands of money from the government. But there is never any money for our vets but plenty for the rest of the world. We are borrowing about 15 billion USD this year, they are borrowing 830 billion this year which is 55 times as much. Next year they will be borrowing over a trillion. Pumping a trillion in borrowed money into the economy will create a lot of jobs, for awhile.

Basic arithmetic seems to be a challenge for you.

Oh so we have to also take in the account that many of those unemployed people are sick in the hospital then  even though they me be already employed? But maybe then we can take into account also that there maybe plenty more people unemployed than what the government is really telling us are unemployed. The problem is that people like you who think that with bringing in more immigrants by the hundreds of thousands every year is some how going to solve our unemployment problem. The immigrants that are being allowed into Canada will mostly start up small businesses for themselves and will most likely hire their own ethnic people who are probably new immigrants also. I believe the one chosen for the boycott at the time was Shell oil company. It went nowhere fast. Why? Because it's as plain as day? Canadians do not give a shit, period. They do not give a dam as to who or what is stealing their money. They will whine and cry about it but they will never do anything about it. Like I have said many times before here? You can get more Canadians at a tree planting ceremony than you can ever come close to getting Canadians to do what you have suggested. Write it off and forget about it, fella.
