Ford-Kavanaugh Sexual Assault Allegation

Pretty  sure Democrats will find a one week FBI investigation, especially if nothing is found, insufficient and new allegations suddenly surface .

This is about the sexual assault that allegedly happened at that party.   The only crucial information that should be investigated will be from all the alleged attendees of that particular party.....or anyone who can corroborate Ford's claims about it, like the person who gave her a ride home (she said she walked home, though), or anyone seeing her walking home around that time frame.

The investigation should only be focused on this particular issue - whether Kavanaugh assaulted her or not.

It shouldn't matter if Kavanaugh had drank on weekdays.....or if he was seen drunk at other times.  Those aren't crimes!  Her lawyers should know that.  Lol.   To think that drinking excessively in your teens should matter the way they try to make it so, is ludicruous.  What?  That would be like making reading porn by teens be presented as "evidence" for any sexual crimes!

The issue is:  did he  assault Ford, or not?

I don't understand why they need the FBI to verify the dates that Mark Judge had worked at the Safeway store.   All you need is for someone to go there with the authorisation to see their employees file!

If they want to know the dates, her lawyers could've done that, couldn't they?

BS. She said she doesn't remember but believes Ford's story.

When it's time to take the next hill in the culture wars, a little thorn of morality doesn't matter.  It's really hard to understand what any of them stand for these days, except winning and protecting elitists, and the populist elitists who protect the elitists.

The stories we're hearing may or may not be real, however they do represent real and pervasive issues.  The assembly of players, costumes and drapery is done to feed the need for entertainment, and even 9-page threads...

They were both deceptive in their testimonies.  He was covering up just how much they partied back in the day, reason being, if the dems can prove that he drinks to excess, it's a short bridge to believe that he's guilty.

Only blind partisanships and idiots will not challenge Ford when she said she's 100% sure it was Kavanaugh who assaulted her!

Bull!   What's 100% sure, was the way she botched identifying alleged attendees to that party!  yep.  She botched that, 100%!

Not one of them has any recollection going to that party!  Even her own friend REFUTED her claim that she (Keyser) was at that party!

Not only did Keyser refute that claim, she also corroborated Kavanaugh's claim!  How?  Well.....if Keyser said she doesn't recollect EVER BEING in a party that was also attended by Kavanaugh - then, one of them (either Kavanaugh or Keyser), wasn't in that party!   If Ford says Keyser was there, that means Kavanaugh wasn't!

If Ford had botched up with the people she claims to have been at that party - it's also very likely she botched up in naming Kavanaugh!  Something did happen to Ford - but I don't think it was with Kavanaugh!  I believe Kavanaugh.

Just shows you.....the Dems doesn't care at all about Ford!  All they care about is getting rid of Kavanaugh.

Avenatti's client has the most interesting story line ever.

1st of all, it cracks me up. I burst out laughing the first time I saw it.

Sounds terrible right, that I find a rape allegation hilarious? It's only funny because it's not even a little bit believable.

Here's the thing, she says she went to ten parties where they were drugging and gang-raping girls. TEN!

If you were a school-aged girl and you went to a party where you witnessed something as horrific and grotesque as a gang-rape wouldn't you report that to someone? Or at the very least, not go to the next "party" with those same people? How fun does a party have to be so that you say to yourself "It was an awesome party but the harrowing sights & sounds of the gang-rape at the end kind of brought it down a notch. Still, I can't wait for the next one!"? I'm literally blown away that no one on tv even talks about that. What could possibly have compelled her to go to a second party? Was Prince there? Michael Jackson? Did someone win a free car?

And if for some crazy reason you went to a second party and the exact same thing happened again, wouldn't you quit right there? Nope, she went to a 3rd gang rape party. And she went to a 4th gang rape party. And she went to a 5th gang rape party. And she went to a 6th gang rape party. And she went to a 7th gang rape party. And she went to an 8th gang rape party. And then she went to two more gang rape parties. Is she really a "victim" now, or did she know exactly what was going to happen, and she basically consented to it by going there? By the 2nd or 3rd party she was actually more of an accomplice or co-conspirator than anything imo. Helping convince other girls to come to the parties.

It honestly seems like a stupid allegation to bring up, really easy to discount it after all these years where none of these hundreds of victims or witnesses said anything for 36 years lol. But here's the BRILLIANT part. I gotta hand it to Sleazanatti.... It really leaves the door wide open for more "victims" to come forward, and their testimony is pre-corroborated by that of his client. If twenty random girls come forward (and they get to become part of history by stopping a Trump nominee appointment so why not?) it all makes perfect sense to the Demmie crowd.

This is the ugliest, stupidest gong show to ever afflict a democratic society.

This whole spectacle is a microcosm of what the Dems/media are doing to Trump - Bogus charges, media slander, FBI investigation, character assassination, changing goalposts, try to get target under oath, change course and impeach over something silly and unrelated.  Right now, the dems are more concerned with proving a Kavanaugh lie than anything else - guaranteed.  This should be an indicator of what the Mueller team would do if if they ever had Trump under oath.

The difference here is that due to the bogus charges being filed on behalf a person rather than an idea or event, a  hearing had to be held.

Where will this spectacle go after the FBI completes its investigation and once again finds absolutely no corroborating evidence from anyone? That's why it was so despicable for the Democrats to hold back the accusation for so long - instead of conducting an investigation in private to see if it could be corroborated. They may have again shot themselves in the foot -  if uncorroborated, their openly malicious actions just continue to fuel the narrative of an angry, "fake news" Left.

We are supposed to be a civilized society that embrace due process of law, including credibility assessment, where guilt or innocent can only be achieved by a “preponderance of the evidence” standard.  This has not been met in any way, and credibility is not assessed on the basis of gender, the type of allegation, or one’s political bias.

Sen. Feinstein sat on Ford’s letter, vetted it then sat on it for weeks shen she punted it onto the scene after the confirmation hearings were done.  This is corruption at its core, she should step down.

The Democrats actually sent a letter to the State Attorney requesting they open a criminal investigation into Kavanaugh's alleged behaviour but where shot down.  I wonder if they got permission from Ford to do that or if she was consulted first.

Yeah.  Because someone who witnessed a serious crime 35 years ago and did nothing to prevent or report it would be just itching to come out and talk about it now.  Particularly if said person has the opportunity to make powerful enemies by doing so.

Sorry Reefer - at this stage, you'd better tell the truth or you'll be in big trouble. And now, it's called amnesty for doing so. stay tuned.

I'm not sure how things work on your planet, so let me explain how human teenage behavior can work.

You're bored and underage.  Your friends call and tell you they've gotten hold of booze.  Or, more likely, an illegal intoxicant because they're significantly easier to get.  You go over and get a little high.  Someone says hey I know where there's a house party.  Do you know in advance who will be at the house party?  Almost no chance of that - you probably only know your friends and one or two other people.  You go and score some more intoxicants.  You spend several hours at the party.  At the party, a girl has too much to drink (maybe she's helped along in that endeavor) and a bunch of guys have sex with her while she's too intoxicated to consent.  Maybe she's unconscious.

So what do you see?  Do you think they're raping her on the coffee table in the living room???  Not very likely.  It's happening in a bedroom somewhere, likely upstairs or downstairs of the main party.  You might see a lineup of boys and the first few times you may not clue into what that means.  You might hear about it indirectly or see some signs of what's going on.  Or you might only hear about it later.

At subsequent parties, you may see other things  but unless you actually take part, you're unlikely to witness the actual rape.

So, why do you go to another party?  Well, I know it's tough for clueless right-wing aliens to wrap their tiny cerebral cortexes around this part but there are lots of possible reasons:

  1. Before you go to the party, you usually don't know who all will be there.
  2. If you know the perpetrators, you may think you're safe because they wouldn't do it to you.
  3. You might think it can't happen to you because your friends will look after you.
  4. This was the 80's.  You might think that sort of thing only happened to "other" girls.
  5. This was the 80's.  On the whole, consent was viewed differently.  Honestly, it wasn't much of a topic at all in the media the way it was today.

There's another element about this process that seems to be too difficult for teeny right wing cerebral cortexes.   Kavanaugh is not facing criminal charges and there is no need to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.  He's being assessed for a lifetime appointment to a position of enormous power where he can't be second guessed by anyone.  Your behavior needs to be beyond reproach and his isn't even close.

The FBI should be investigating whether Kavanaugh has been truthful in his testimony.  Lying to Congress is a federal crime and it seems pretty easy to prove he hasn't answered honestly.

Yes - it would be - pretty easy. All the FBI have to do is find one person - anyone - who can corroborate Ford's accusations. Anyone. As you say - it should be pretty easy - and if they can't find anyone?  What would you have to say then? Honestly - what would you think?

Ooh you’re so into insulting people’s intelligence. You must be either a genius super-liberal or an angry virtue signaller.

Judging by how far you’re reaching to make a point that you would have to be an idiot to believe it’s obviously the latter.

Here’s the thing reefermadness: if people were routinely getting gang-raped at local parties she would stop going to local parties, period. Maybe it could happen once and she only found out later, but three times? No way, and certainly not ten. And by her account that’s not what happened anyways - she claims to be a witness to it. That’s not the same as “I know some people who said etc...”.

Once she knew for sure about all this, on the rare ovcasion that she had to go to something, like a best friend’s bithday, she would definitely take the time to make sure that “Brett’s gang-rape crew” weren’t going to be there, or she would leave as soon as they showed up. For her to just stick around and wait for the inevitable gang-rape to unfold SEVEN OR EIGHT MORE TIMES like that is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard of. Wrap your oh-so-superior cerebral cortex around the fact that girls try really hard to avoid getting gang-raped and they avoid gang-rape parties like they avoid invading armies.

This is like the story of the little kids at the California daycare who said that other kids there were getting fed to sharks.

And in your other idiotic scenario, where “she knew the guys so she felt like she wouldn’t ever become a victim herself”, she was actively covering for them & normalizing the parties to make it seem safe and cool for other girls to go there. So she WAS AN ACTUAL ACCOMPLICE IN YOUR OWN EXAMPLE. She was like the in-heat coyote, luring male dogs into the desert to be eaten by her pack.

I get that you’re a virtue signaller, and you like nothing more than to prove hiw righteous you are, but your epic failure of an attempt to add plausibility to her story just makes it all the more obvious that it’s 100% BS. Thanks for that swingandamiss!
