I think personally that it is important to have well trained ministers considering how much the PCs went after the NDP for the lack of qualifications among their candidates. I also think that he need sot incorporate geographic areas and all demographics (race, gender, etc). I also think it is important to consider political experience among candidates and appoint politically experienced candidates. I think some great options for cabinet ministers would be Christine Elliot, Caroline Mulroney, Vic Fedli, Monte McNaughton, Lisa McLeod and possibly Lisa Thompson.
