ISIS was a product of the Obama administration, though t evolved from some other islamic terror group that was in Iraq before. There's all sorts of terrorists groups in the middle east, have been for a long time. Everyone there belongs to one group or another. Terrorism is just part and parcel of the region, and religion. But they won't do that, because they are too busy killing themselves even more than we kill them. Why is that you ask? Their feudal wars have lasted centuries, and are become part of their culture. They will never let that conflict go any more than they would let you go, unless the cultural memory is erased. I recommend you do not go there seeking to make some kind of atonement for western sins. You will be simultaneously disemboweled and beheaded while their women and children cheer.
