Of course at this point it is merely a discussion and a suggestion, but how would that work and would there be any benefit to such a union if it actually happened? Logistically speaking having a Canadian Province on the other side of the pond would seem like a nightmare.

I assume he's never actually been there. The last time I was everybody spoke English. Mind you the accent can take a little getting used to.

I've been there. People stop speaking English long before one gets to Scotland. About Middlesborough, if I remember correctly.

I guess the accent was tricky for you too. You spend a little time there you get used to it.

I was born and raised there, but that shopkeeper in Middlesborough, I didn't know what the hell he was talking about.
