Good for him. He seeks to revive the coal industry too, but he hasn't done that either.

Ummmmm, Argus, doncha figger that the climate scientists at NASA, the folks you love to selectively source when it suits your purposes, would think it's the best idea to revive the US coal industry.

And the knocking of Trump goes on every day on CNN, MSNBC and the CBC. One will not find one day go by without those three mentioned fake news outfits from knocking Trump. It's endless with them and getting to be downright pathetic and boring. Yet there are many fools out there who will still listen to those fake and phony news outfits and their lies and deceptions.

Trump Derangement Syndrome runs deep, and affects people in the most bizarre ways. At least if they could find some important issues to criticize, which there are, it would be worthy of discussion.

Trump has as much as admitted he makes incendiary statements on purpose, to play the liberal media for fools. I suppose the idea is to keep your enemy distracted.

If anything the Republican party deserves criticism for not getting their own act together. Many of the plans put forward, health care, tax reform, immigration are long-standing issues that the GOP wanted to change, well before Donald Trump became president. Some people think these plans are all specifically put forward by Donald Trump. They don't understand the role of president and how as a newcomer to the political scene he is inheriting the political agenda of the GOP. Yet their infighting among themselves is the real problem, worthy of ridicule.

Agreed....President Trump has exposed the Republican party posers and pretenders for what they are.

It is little wonder that Congress' approval ratings (both parties) are much lower than Trump's.

Trump Campaign Chair Paul Manafort to be indicted today.

All Trump can seem to talk about is Hilary and Obama. Those people aren't in power, he is.

And regarding Congress, they may be unpopular as well. But Trump can't get anything done without congress. . . and even with a Republican controlled congress, he hasn't gotten anything done.

I don't watch him much, but it plays on the lunch room TV at work often enough, and yes Colbert does seem obsessed and has lost the comedy. It's kind of painful to watch.

They're trying to scare Manafort into saying something - looks even more like a witch hunt than ever before.

Do witch hunts normally involve guilty pleas?

George Papadopolous, former foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, pleaded guilty for making false statements to the FBI, according to records unsealed today.

Papadopolous lied to FBI agents “about the timing, extent and nature of his relationships and interactions with certain foreign nationals whom he understood to have close connections with senior Russian government officials,” according to the complaint.

Getting Federal Indictments are Witch Hunts now.

Perhaps Trump should fire Mueller.

Well, they likely have something on Manafort - right?  They were always after Trump - right?  They found someone close to Trump who likely broke the law years ago - right?  They probably care about Manfort only as far as what he can tell them about Trump.  This all equals an old fashioned witch hunt - yes!

Did you notice that Colbert raked Trump over 'grab her by the pussy', but then gives Bush Sr a pass for being a serial groper.  Witch hunt indeed.

That's how Law Enforcement works!

But even the optics are awful. Manafort and Gates were cosy with Russian puppets and people with anti-American interests, yet they get made senior members of Trump's campaign. And with Gates, well into his transition team. Manafort was present when Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer regarding damning Hillary information.

Either he knew about this or he's incompetent.

Probably both crooks and incompetent.  I wonder how many people in power are cozy with Saudi Arabia.

It still doesn't add up to anything on Trump - It's a hail Mary pass at best.  If he's guilty, lock up Manafort, who cares.  You must know that they don't care about Manafort, which means they are looking to find criminality on Trump - of course it's a witch hunt.  This indictment has been and was predicted months ago - ho humm!

It's an investigation, so it's incomplete. But it's also Guilt by association. They clearly have some evidence.

You can put partisan blinders on if you want but now that there's an indictment, this investigation will not go away anytime soon.

And if you really believe all these people in Trump's campaign were in cahoots with Russia, but Trump wasn't then you're either being a blind partisan or you really do think Trump is an idiot who has no idea who he does business with.

An early foreign policy adviser and aide to President Donald Trump's campaign team secretly pleaded guilty earlier this month to making false statements to the FBI about the nature and extent of his contacts with foreign nationals who he knew had ties to senior Russian government officials.

George Papadopoulos, 30, was a foreign policy adviser to Trump's campaign in early 2016. He sent at least six emails to top Trump advisers during the campaign offering to set up meetings with Russian officials, The Washington Post reported in August. The first of those emails was sent in March 2016 with the subject line " Meeting with Russian Leadership - Including Putin."

The newly unsealed charge filed on October 3 by special counsel Robert Mueller's office said that on January 27, Papadopoulos lied to FBI agents about "the timing, extent, and nature of his relationships and interactions with certain foreign nationals whom he understood to have close connections with senior Russian government officials."

Mueller is going after the small fish first and working his way up to Trump.

I also see people with partisan blinders when it comes to Hillary Clinton.

Yes, bub-but-but, Hillary. Why have they not been charged yet for their crimes? The deep state in which the Clinton's have been involved with are fighting for their shitty corrupt life. Hillary is the bigger crook and liar here and her involvement in the Uranium one scandal seems not to be an issue at all with the Mule. It's all about trying to get Trump. It has not worked so far, and never will. The only way that the deep state can get rid of Trump is do what they did to John and Robert Kennedy many decades ago. I am sure that this is on their agenda hit list for jobs to do in the future. The cabal and the Clinton's are on sweet melt down. Lock them up. Lock them up is what the the American people want done to Hillary. The question I keep asking is what is Trump waiting for. He has her ass.

The Mule just indicted two high level Trump operatives and got a lower level one to plead guilty of lying.

Even if you don't get the evidence you're looking for, this investigation will drag on into the 2018 election at least. It's not going away. It's Trump's Bengazi.

Maybe people like you do care about Hilary but millions don't. And we must all thank God that she never did become President of the USA. She has been pointed out many times by Trump that she is nothing more than a crook and a liar, and a deep state supporter. Hopefully this Uranium One deal will finally get her where the American people want her? In jail. :D
