Last night, on the news, it was reported the family doesn't want to know the cause of death, death certificate was done over the phone. He was accidentally killed while being probed on Aldebaran IV, so they put him back hoping no-one would notice. He is an old judge, after all. Probably doesn't move much at the best of times.
