Okay so what? I read the below article and look at the date! It is 2005!!!!! This is ancient history today. Harper made a mistake - get over it.

How did Harper make a mistake when the Liberals were the ones in power then?

Frankly after that Amber Lyon reporter from CNN went public about how the White House gets to buy news time and censor the news, I don't believe anything put out by mainstream media. I give a lot more credibility to eye witness bloggers and people who video record stuff they report.

Apparently without the slightest effort at verifying any of it, nor even figuring out who was in power at the time.

The only demands Saddam was obligated to heed according to international law were those made by the UN Resolution which called for identification, isolation, and destruction of NBC weaponry (nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons). The US government was not authorized by any world body to make any other demands (ones that you mention) But that is not the argument today. The argument today is right here: http://www.worldlawdirect.com/forum/international-law-news/89557-iraqi-children-denied-human-rights-pm-stephen-harper-who-blocked-organ-transplants.html

My information is that Mr. Harper is about to get hit with a mega-million dollar law suit and a a subpoena from the United Nation Human Rights Commission. This probably will not affect the election but at least we will find out why he did not let these gets have their Toronto surgeries.

IMO it would be very difficult to serve a subpoena on a sitting PM, mostly due to the inability to access his home - it would likely go something like this.. drop subpoena on driveway, watch it get soaked by sprinkler system, get tackled by RCMP swat team OR in the alternate - put in mail wait 6 months for response - sorry I missed this. was busy backlogged on mail. This would likely be met by the Attorney General intervening and moving to quash it. Now doing this in the Hague, world court etc.. would be a paramount action, I have to say though I don't understand the legalities of a PM being held responsible for decisions of Foreign Affairs unless there is evidence that there was an order in council, but once again, we would need to know if this order in council was somehow unlawful. While unethical I am not sure that refusal of a visa would in itself be a human rights crime as those kids still could have flown into Canada and made a request for entry under humanitarian grounds of medical need. I have to say though that I still would love to see any documentation - such as copies of refusal letter, etc.. to substantiate this.

It would be great if world leaders were held responsible for all the people their orders killed but sadly illegal acts like war are able to be waged by dominant world powers, as they have the force majuer to intercede in laws and human rights, and they have the propaganda engines to have people say - but they were doing it for a good cause... so its ok innocent people were killed and maimed because now someone else is abusing their rights. Its just a sad fact that governments only use human rights to attack their opponents not to restrain their dominant positions. Terrorist if you aren't government, morally obligated if you are. We were morally obligated to drop the bomb, we didn't intend to kill and maim those other people they were just nearby. The mad terrorist set off a suicide vest that killed police and military as well as a few bystanders, how heinous!!! You know the story.

Our way is the right way clearly we can kill people anywhere in the world who don't share our view of the world - we are morally obligated to kill them, they don't agree with us.

Sad fact of "modern government" it ain't about human rights, it is about them being right.

Again, all stuff written by you or your cohorts, presenting your own writing as fact does not make it so. The only proof you have presented is that Bruce Gorcya advertised to donate organs, there is no proof whatsoever that any Canadian gov't stopped this. Please provide verifiable links, not your own blogs and forum posts.

The guy who says "we are morally obligated to kill people who don't agree with us" is a sicko and it has nothing to with saving the lives of children! There is a bigger discussion of this topic at reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/canada/comments/3nfubc/yet_another_coldhearted_coverup_of_pm_stephen/

Also I found this link at another forum that the charges against that guy was dismissed a long time ago in 2007. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-JQLAcN3aTrQ/VRTiqK3DUSI/AAAAAAAAAIE/Ayp0ucmh8T0/s1600/dismissalbyseniorjudge_1.jpg Where are you getting your information that he is a "convicted scam artist"? Please post a link that proves this.

Links to your own posts on reddit or elsewhere do not make it so. Who said "we are morally obligated to kill people who don't agree with us " source please, and not your own posts/blogs.

I've posted this before but will do so again

Future recipients of Gorcyca's HIV letter can only hope his volunteers are more careful than he was when he registered his company with the State of Florida. The organization promotes itself as a nonprofit corporation, but state records show it to be a for-profit enterprise that offers stock.

Gorcyca's criminal record, too, might raise a few eyebrows. He spent three years in federal prison and was twice tried on forgery and other felony charges. In 1984 he pleaded guilty to federal charges of accepting a bribe while an IRS agent (he insists he was innocent) and was sentenced to five years at the federal prison camp at Eglin Air Force Base in

"Mr. DiMarco, who used to be known as Bruce Gorcyca, is a former Internal Revenue Service agent who served more than three years in prison in the 1980's after pleading guilty to bribing a public official and making fraudulent statements to the I.R.S."

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- A Miami man who was charged with fraud in 1999 for sending out stock-touting faxes lost a bid to block his extradition to the U.S. from Canada.
Bruce Gorcyca's challenge to an extradition order issued in 2004 by Canada's Minister of Justice was dismissed today by the Ontario Court of Appeal, the province's highest court. Gorcyca can still appeal to Canada's Supreme Court.

Mr. Scriblett,

Why do you keep posting the accusations even after I gave you a copy of the court order from a federal judge that proves that all the charges were DISMISSED? Do you know the meaning of the word "dismissed"? Are deliberately trying to smear this man because he made Harper look bad 9 fricking years ago? Once again, here is a copy of the court order which you can verify online with a PACER search for free. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-JQLAcN3aTrQ/VRTiqK3DUSI/AAAAAAAAAIE/Ayp0ucmh8T0/s1600/dismissalbyseniorjudge_1.jpg I will believe a court order from a federal judge that post-dates the links you put up by several years. Why do you want to mislead people anyway?

Also I see that someone already had this same argument with you at another thread and they even gave you this excerpt from another forum...

"This story is more than interesting. It took me two hours to read all the links. As a divorce lawyer I hear a lot of accusations almost every day for the last four years, and I have learned that evidence speaks a lot louder than any “he said” “she said” BullSh*t. So when I see sworn reports from Private Investigators, scans of court files, sworn declarations, dental records, and photographs, it carries the day over some anonymous person on the internet that claims Party A “ripped off a bunch of people” but there are no real victims that say “I was ripped off”.

So when I analyze this story, here I see a couple of people accusing and smearing this guy Bruce of ripping off “other people” but there is not one person who says they were ripped off by Bruce for even one dollar – except for a single lawyer (Gilmour) who was himself arrested for child abuse and the subject of a huge law society complaint. (See http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com) so I really don’t believe that guy. I do believe Bruce’s dentist who says he was in Ohio have teeth pulled with dated Xrays than some unknown yahoo who claims he was in Florida or China.

The American AIDS Alert Association is alleged to be a “scam” but I don’t see where anyone lost any money or what exactly was the “scam”? I do see that the ACLU supported the group and I don’t think the the ACLU would support a “scam” eh? Same thing for the China Trade Commission – what exactly is the scam and who was cheated? Show me the victims and identify the scam please.

On the other hand I read a 11 page sworn report of a 25 year veteran private investigator, court transcripts, and written statements of 9 witnesses and a newspaper reporter from the Ottawa Citizen that Bruce, a former federal agent, a former air traffic controller, and former is telling the truth. All of this stuff I read at http://whyunclesamhatesbruce.wordpress.com . So I will go with the documentation and not the “gossip” that is being spread to get some sort of revenge or to smear the guy. You really should read the investigator’s report at the above link.

The final give-away was when I found this one moron posting comments that Bruce was “A Wanted Pedophile in Canada” See here. http://www.opnlttr.com/letter/confessions-american-pedophile

So as much as I also am a Harper supporter I am not going to spread lies just to get the man reelected. Someone is doing a professional job of trying to smear Bruce. I suggest the other stuff be investigated after the elections because there is so much there – not enough time to get to ALL the facts in just two weeks eh? But as a lawyer who deals with hearsay daily, my gut tells me there is supporting evidence of a government cover-up of something big here."

Do you have some new information of a real scam where a real person says "I was cheated for $________by Gorcyca? If yes, then put the link here that explains the scam and who lost money and how much. Otherwise you are just spreading false gossip to distract from the fact that Harper let two kids die rather than have a visa to come to Canada for organ transplants.

No point in replying anymore to all these different posters saying the same thing. Having said that, Bruce Gorcya served time as actual news articles show, the charges that were dismissed where different charges laid after that and they were dismissed because of not being timely then were re-issued. That is why he fled to Canada.

I'm not the one spreading false information who doesn't seem to know who the PM is or when, but keep it up, no one believes it anyway.

Mr. Harper surely must have had a good reason unless he is a closet racist. Maybe the parents of the kids were going to become "terrorists" if their maimed kids died of their life-threatening wounds. http://www.isitlegalto.com/threads/40453-Should-PM-Stephen-Harper-be-prosecuted-for-manslaughter-or-only-human-righst-abuse-related-to-Iraqi-organ-transplant-kids?p=59061#post59061 Let's see how this plays out in a courtroom where people must explain themselves under oath.

At some legal forums they are a now talking about suing and prosecuting Harper for human rights violations since Canada obstructing the right(s) of people to obtain life-saving medical attention. Although I think they would have to go after the Immigration Minister and not Harper himself. Still, I think what happened fits with the overall mindset of his regime explained here by Mr. Harris http://ipolitics.ca/2014/06/29/stephen-harpers-canada-the-legacy-of-tyrants/ People in leadership roles need to be held accountable for what they do and don't do IMHO.

I think after the election there will probably be some fallout over this crap http://www.isitlegalto.com/threads/40453-Should-PM-Stephen-Harper-be-prosecuted-for-manslaughter-or-only-human-righst-abuse-related-to-Iraqi-organ-transplant-kids
