Await The Professor's killing the messenger line and then how this is'nt really what the courts decision is "really" what it's all about...

ah, yes... the Prof has recently been lamenting about the lack of 'real discussion'... that he no longer wishes to engage in "talking point" posts. I trust he will follow through and attempt to qualify his version of the truth supporting, "the person-hood of corporations". As you say, I trust the Prof will not revert to simply denigrating Olbermann, rather than give consideration to your linked video extended commentary.

speaking of (missing) Olbermann, that Current TV partnership with the CBC still hasn't brought it to air in Canada... as I recall, the CRTC ruled in its favour last summer - still waiting. If you didn't catch Bill Maher last night, he had former Michigan Governor, Jennifer Granholm on his panel... it was mentioned she will shortly begin a weeknight show on Current TV following after Olbermann's Countdown. And then there's the Young Turks! Current TV in Canada - still waiting!
