If you want to join you can do that also, its free to join. There are several positions left to be filled... A little suggestion... If you want to be seen as a 'serious' party, I'd suggest that you get someone to do some proof reading on your site. And fill out your 'election platform' a little more. So much of your platform is just empty rhetoric. Where's your position on taxation? Stimulus spending? Frankly, I don't think your party does anything to differentiate itself from (lets say) the Greens or NDP, but hey, the more vote splitting on the left the better. Quote

I've been keeping track of a number of upstart parties such as the online party, there is the "centrist" party... my own SOCIAL party and others.... I'm currious to discus things with you further. I've been looking into party stuff for about 15 years now so have a little background on the basics. you can contact me via my email [email protected] if you'd like. Quote I was here.
Posc Student Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 I hope there is no test involved for party members or candidates. Quote
M.Dancer Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 If you have a positionas fund raiser, I would like to have that. My fees are simple, 40% off the top all expenses paid and you can have what ever party plank you like. Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us

William Ashley Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 Perhaps you can all merge and form the Cranky Fringe Wingnut Party. Actually I don't think it would happen with the platform differences. I'm not into increased spending I'm into increased revenue and removal of income taxes and divulging the public debt. I also don't support federal interferance in health care - only offering a federal health insurance plan including a poverty care fund raised from the medical sector primarily and cutting off all federal aid outside of funds not allocated through payfor to provinces, and implementing full two tier health care - with an emergency provision and "availability at public rates for overflow room" when public health is full clause for private health care providers. Not sure if you are serious; however feel open to email me if you are serious intersted in that sort of activity for SOCIAL down the road--- [email protected] Quote I was here.
Saipan Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 Hope it's something to the left. There's always room for a new party. Quote
ToadBrother Posted March 16, 2011 Report Posted March 16, 2011 I'm not into increased spending I'm into increased revenue and removal of income taxes... I love of ironic, mutually contradictory platform points. It's like a sprinter declaring "I will break the world record for the fastest mile by first chopping off one of my feet!" and divulging the public debt. So that everyone can know how stupid such a policy would be. Quote

Just because you don't know how to raise government funds without income taxes, doesn't mean I don't. I think I have explained this multiple times. 1. Licensing 2. Royalties 3. Profitable Crown Corporations (including work programs) 4. The mint and Print 5. Selling government services and products 6. Residual Income on Investments through the CRF and Central Bank 7. Donations by transfering programs to publically created and donated programs 8. Merchant Marine Services (obligatory for import of dangerous goods by sea) 9. Increased capital flow (0% income tax and gradually decreasing corporate tax to 0 percent (and a federal banking zone with no provincial/territorial or federal taxes would hopefully be attractive) since everyone (and all businesses doing business) in the country requires a federal account, it only stimulates the benefit of banking through special banking services offered by the central bank. 10. Volunteer and Levy programs that generate productivity 11. Funding based on grants to bodies like the military for investment for increasing capital pools by investing sums into ROI projects - as well as directing development of crown lands, through focused development - with proceeds returning to the government directly with no middlemen. 12. One of the means of rapid downpayment is putting the pricetag on civizenship at the public debt per capita rate - just requiring a test and payment for landed citizen status-- (allow everything but a vote- then after a "landed period" allowing full naturalization for voting rights if they don't commit a serious public safety offence or a serious treasury bill offence - like the equivolent of murder 1 or counterfiting ring operation etc... the voting - electoral period would be something like 3 years. However indiivudals could institute a case against granting full citizenship (not removing landed citizenship) - through a public enquiry if there is proof of conspiracy to upsurp Canada (example foreing influence or intentions where the indivual is a foreign state actor, or where loyalty/allegiance to a foreign state is contrary to canada (enemy state/ at war etc.) THis measure would aim to generate up to 30 billion per year in debt reduction - since the maximum rate of immigration would be set at the growth rate but mitigated by carrying capacity of any area indivdiuals wish to locate themselves, and a provincial/muncipal quota able to be established by the province/municipality (also work visas wouldn't be required no visa would) (there would be a seperate class of debt reduction measures) Among other things. Rolling out a variety of public services that are in demand at cost is also on the agenda with low yeild returns. Meanwhile the Environmental Tax on import and production would fully sustain departments like Environment Canada and allow Canadian companies (or foreign companies infrastructure in Canada to modernize.) Meanwhile the base line is removed by transfering the public service to income generating activities and converting non income generating activities to voluntary positions, with payfors directed to voluntary staff positions that would be able to funded by the public if they were valued. Note that the federal income tax rate would be 0 and a special federal bank zone would be created that was tax free for funds to be kept in a tax free zone. I've already checked the numbers and the 50 billion required to run essential government programs is already accounted for. You can say but you can't do it, it is impossible. I'm saying it is actually very simple, it just ain't your system so you are denying it. Do I think it is going to happen... no, but would I make it happen if I was empowered, yes.
