Oleg Bach Posted September 18, 2010 Report Posted September 18, 2010 SICKNESS was a state of not being well...and being well was the state of not being sick. It seems that commericalized medicine seeks to double their profits with the double speak term - wellness....At first they treated you for a fee when you suffered a sickness...now the greedy parasites have figure out a way to charge you for not being sick - hence "wellness".... You are either sick...or you are not...you are either in a state of nomalacy...or you are not! Being well is a normal state..Maybe we should invent a word called healthsickness...kind of a combination of health and sickness...it would be so liberal...just like good and evil - being ONE...and living in a grey utilitarian soup of relative moralism - where there is no right or wrong - and no strength or weakness...were everything is equal and the same. If there was total equality of forces - reality would cease to exist...as it does with the silly word..wellness...."The poor man is suffering from wellness...someone call 911..there is a doctor in need of a Mercedes payment". I think some of it resolves around constantly paying attention to our health, instead of just noticing after we suffer a health crisis. Quote Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase !
