I'm sure that Jack Layton and Michael Ignatieff use it as well (they do, I just checked) as they are both members of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada. It's also why she gets to put honourable before her name. She is a member of the Privy Council because she used to be a Minister of the Crown. The quantum of proof for a crime is proof beyond a reasonable doubt. The quantum of proof required to hold office is far lower.If a person is in a leadership role, they should be people that others would look up to.
