I am in favour of totally scrapping the corrupt, discriminatory Charter for reasons I have previously posted.

We're not discussing that. We're discussing this:

I have always supported federal and provincial Bill of Rights. But I don't support them being enshrined in the Constitution...

I've said already that, by the above statement, you're opposed to the very foundation of our constitution. That you keep side-stepping that point says much.

Bullshit.

Actually that is between your ears....

Yea, nice try.

Can you dispute it or is it just your usual "head in the sand" "la la la la la...I'm not hearing youooooo" approach.

Otherwise the origin of your "bullshit" become pretty clear.

The question is not whether or not I can dispute it, it's whether or not you can prove it.

I've already stated my case.

I could say the sky is purple. Thus it's a fact? Get real.

Pogue mahone.

If a person is committed they will say "I believe" this or that - If they say "I think" this or that...then beware...Thinking something does not make it so - it is spectorish --- it is theoretical and rhetorical...I could think that JFK is going to step out of the grave and deliver flowers to Marylin Monroe - It's not going to happen....and the sky is not purple today - It's blue...that is a fact.

True. And this one was so outlandish I couldn't help but call him on it.

Try again.

If your argument against aboriginal influence is so concrete and secure then you should have no problem providing your point of view as to why it is not possible.

I have already provided that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms are based on aboriginal roots given that they presented an egalitarian society upon first contact and the idea of peace, harmony and good government comes from their participatory democracy system. If you think you can counter that then fire away. However, your short one-liners are getting old and I sense a pattern or you inadequacies when it comes to tough arguments.

There are lots of ideologies that we have adopted as Canadians that were borrowed from First Nations and incorporated into our social and philosophical state as Canadians .

My mother inlaw - HATES ME....why is she not charged for a hate crime - I don't derserve the hate - and it has caused me great harm and distress...why is it that my mother in law can legally hate me as an individual but you are not allowed to hate a group ---- If this former Nations head - was to say this publically - I HATE THIS JEW...BUT NOT ALL OF THEM - would that be all right? I would assume so.

Again, more opinion, little fact. One doesn't need to be verbose to point that out.

Ah, the last refuge of the defeated: personal insults. Each successive post from you just proves more and more firmly that you've not a shred of evidence to back up a single one of your ridiculous claims. You get caught out on this, and your reaction? Trash-talk and slander your opponent. Well done, indeed!

Has he ever been able to provide a credible source for his pet wingnut theories?

So in other words you aren't here to engage in meaningful discussion and you and your chia pet just like to follow people around and yell "bullshit".

We do have a name for people like you, cupie....

There would be no pronouncements of bullshit if you could ...I don't know....post a credible link?

I'm not sure who would deem factless rambling and bad-mouthing as meaningful discussion to engage in. In order to actually see the development of a rational discourse you'd have to provide supporting evidence for your statements; you've been asked muliple times, say you've already obliged those requests, yet actually haven't. Now with your back against a wall and nothing to defend yourself, you turn to distractions like personal attacks and posturing. Perhaps you should try a different approach?

I've mostly only ever observed discussions that involved charter - and now I know why. But if he has ever provided sound sources, they've been few and far between.
