The Iraqi war was made for Israel

I am going to do you a favour and tell you something that nobody else seems to be willing to say.

Your day is done. If it were not for your very unfortunate choice of posting name, you might be able to swing yourself over to McCain. That's all behind you now.

You have lost. The people who drove your ideology are being made into objects of ridicule, as well they should.

There is nothing more for you here.

Move on.

CBS 60 minutes (Steve Croft) featured an interview with Feith last Sunday. He had no answers for the massive screw up in Iraq beyond saying over and over that "the President made a decision...". The fact that the decision was pushed by the likes of Feith is apparently no longer relevant lol....

During the interview, Croft related how one of the US commanders in Iraq (can't remember which) said that Feith was basically a moron. He quoted this to Feith and he just smiled a stupid s**t-eating grin.

Amazing that the most powerful nation in the world has been sent into battle by the likes of this. Its economy brought to the brink of collapse. Generations indebted to its most dangerous economic competitors. You won't see the Americans boycotting the Olympics. They're too damned afraid the Chinese will call their notes.

And for what?

China could make USA bankrupt.

Now you are repeating yourself....to no avail. The days behind my ideology far outnumber yours, which doesn't even exist yet.

Good luck with that....I will be voting...American.

Israel makes the foreign politics of USA

Nonsense.

However, The US does seem to be obsessed with Israel re middle eastern politics.

Oil interests make US policy in the middle east, though. Israel's interests are secondary to theirs.

The Chinese are holding one hell of a lot of US debt notes. These notes were sold to finance the Iraq war. This sort of thing has not been done since 1776 when the American rebels funded their debts with capital supplied from France.

You are in doo-doo up to your eyeballs. Wake up and smell the coffee.

People used to say the same thing about the Japanese, then the Arab oil princes. It's all silliness. When you owe as much as major corporations or governments you're in control, not the bank. The Chinese hold a lot of US debt notes, eh? Well then they better make damned sure the US doesn't suffer any economic calamaties, huh.

The cost of the Iraq war is largely insignificant to the US economy. People seem to forget the US, when it was 1/3 smaller, had over 500,000 troops in Vietnam for many years without it doing any damage to the economy at all.

Bush's tax cutting measures are what have caused the deficits, not the war.

Not really. If you think about it all of the oil-producing countries in that area are hostile, poliitically unstable or both. Israel amounts to a giant forward base in case the US has to project its power and influence in that part of the world. That is a serious, "non-secondary" need for Israel that the US has.

I agree with you but don't overstate your case. The Vietnam War helped spawn the stagflation of the 1970's.

While the Iraq War looks like it's causing serious damage the alternatives are far worse.

Whether the Iraq war was made for Israel or not, she has certainly benefitted in many ways.

The trigger, 911, was very good for her, and well if the US wanted to go after one of her biggest enemies - the evil Saddam - why not? Always nice to have others fight the big battles for you, eh? Iran better watch out or she may sick her American rotweiller on them too! Who cares if it bankupts the nation! Who cares if the American economy is in the toilet? As long as Israel is safe!! (LMFAO)

Even BiBi agrees!! Argggh! LOL what a loon! He's right though...

Haaretz

"We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq,"

Crazy Likudnik Extremist!

You need to go back and review the shape of the US economy coming out of the Vietnam war. It wasn't a pretty picture.

The Japanese do indeed hold a lot of US debt. As do the Arabs. And then along came China.... Why do you think the dollar is tanking? It is getting harder and harder to sell that stuff....
