Ontario Superior Court rules that students have a Charter relationship with their schools.

I actually have trouble seeing why. A school is a government entity that receives government funding...at least most are, anyway.

That's what I figured. They got one particular judge out of hundreds to rule in their favour. Easily appealable if the school wanted, but not in time for the prom most likely.
