Canada didn't refuse foreign help - there are US Forest Service air tankers in Manitoba right now.

I love these armchair forest fire experts who can't get a simple fact correct.
Also, now Shady loves Russia! Some say the "offer" from Russia wasn't even really sincere.

It is smoky in Edmonton today, apparently from fires about 150 kms to the west. It is not unusual for this to happen unless it is a wet summer.
