The province of Ontario DOES have a language policy, that makes English the primary in which the provincial government operates and delivers its services, while guaranteeing access to services in French in most (but not all) of the Province. It also allows municipalities to offer services in French in addition to English if they see fit. It's called the French Language Services Act. Once again, you are clueless.

BTW, I am still waiting to be shown what parts of the BNA Act of 1867 were violated by the Constitutional Act, 1982. After all, if the 1982 Act in unconstitutional, there MUST be something in the 1867 Act that can be used to prove it.
