Yeah, but that happened overnight - they got there to make sure they were there to cover it when there was people to watch during the day.

If this were happening in Montreal, it would be on every channel. It's simply the fact that Quebec City is 97% French, and there isn't much in the way of English staff during the day, let along on a Sunday night.

I think there's coverage on the Radio Canada 24 hour station, but, I can't confirm that since I don't have TV. I was watching it earlier though, picking out words where I could.
