What are the odds on Paul Ryan being president before the end of 2017?
-
At ladbrokes he has 16/1 odds of securing the 2020 R nomination.
Pence's odds of getting the 2020 R nomination are 4/1.
Odds of Trump being impeached in his first term is 11/10 - but thats over 4 years.
Based on the assumption that Pence or Ryan would have a better chance of winning the 2020 nomination by being President one would think... well, I'm not sure what to make of this.

Given how much methane is produced in Alberta I think it entirely appropriate that they are treated like a f-a-r-t: Fart!

Federal government approves $1.3 B pipeline expansion in AB. Of course, Trudeau is anti-pipeline so this has not happened.
-
No they approved it. My is aimed at people like overthere who like to tell us that Trudeau and the Liberals won't allow pipelines when all evidence shows they will.
In fact, with the introduction of a carbon tax we will have a useful compromise that 75% of Canadians are willing to accept: you get some of your pipelines and we get to tax the crap out of fossil fuels to discourage them and encourage renewables.
The CPC/Harper ideologically could not implement this which is why it is useful to have the Liberals do it.

Bill Nye thinks that if we do not mitigate CO2 emissions that humans will be extinct by 2030. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmrsbY3MCZs
The misinformation that the public receives on this import issue is concerning.-
The whole show is worth watching.
Guy McPherson is a scientist who makes the claim and says the words about humans being extinct by 2030.
Given the context of the show it's clear Bill Nye doesn't buy that scenario given that he talks about 2050 from the point of view of doing nothing vs doing something.
-1=e^ipi is either lying or has no sense of context.

Agreed, Squid.
Guy McPherson makes the claim of 2030.
Bill Nye calls it a doomsday type claim and then goes on about what the world will be like in 2050....
A nice little show overall. I can't wait for Miami to go underwater while GOP led civil servants are still forbidden from saying "climate change."
