  1. DOP: James Madison.
  2. Charles Anthony" I figured you would do that CA, but I took my chance, noting the endless/repeating Muslim bashing threads that are allowed. How many of those can we have? They are always the same. Muslims bad-they riot Muslims bad-they wear headscarfs Muslims bad-they want a footbath Muslims bad-perpetrators of all violence on the planet Muslims bad-there religion is evil The premise is always the same, only the reasons to justify the false premise change.
  3. DOP: it's irrelevant if George is there or not, he is simply the man of the time. The office of el presidente is loaded with power, the Bush regime has made sure of that. Wether the next leader is Hillary (dem) or Guiliani (repub) will make no difference. If the power is held in a centralized fashion, in the office of the president, tyranny will ensue. Hitler was elected, also. Tyranny happens.
  4. Oh, it's not Muslims so it was missed.?? Apparently they still don't corner the market on riots Latest news!!!!!! http://www.abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=3851431 so some cop shot a soccer fan dead riots broke out. http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2007-11/...ent_7058950.htm rioting lingered: . buildings and vehicles damaged in the rampaging riots! what is the problem here?? in this western society? the religion.? Patriarchal ideology? what are the flaws, are they innate? inherited? genetic? learned? EDIT This was the Opening Post of a multiple thread entitled: Riots in Italy-morals in the west ,where are they? another soccer riot-people die, battles in the streets addressing the same topic. The two threads have been merged.
  5. What I wonder is why as a christian you DO NOT care?
  6. I am familiar with Tom Harpur, thanks. This is not anywhere near the same. Looking at who Hagee is, the 'end times' nonsense he promotes, the political power he wields. The entire doctrine of the end times, requires certain events to take place for jesus the saviour/the messiah to return. But now Hagee says Jesus is not the messiah?
  7. I am quite aware of what Christians think and I quoted Jesus for you, perhaps you would care to enlighten us. Hagee an alleged Christian pastor, is denying Jesus's role as saviour, messiah, entirely negating christianity. why is Hagee making these types of statements???
  8. christianity:The belief in Jesus Christ as Savior of the world. :Religion derived from the teachings of Jesus Christ. : A religion, followed by those who worship Jesus Christ Now Hagee claims well ya, cause he is saying jesus isn't the messiah how is it a "christian" pastor , could makes these claims, with any credibility?
  9. http://video.google.ca/videoplay?docid=-87...h&plindex=0 it will shake christian theology Jesus did not come to earth to be the messiah Jesus refused to be messiah Well that should set all of christianity straight. maybe? yes? no? sounds like Jesus proclaimed himself saviour? So what's Hagee's agenda? dollars? power? wackiness? end-time madness?
  10. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1194826754...=y&r=442705 U.S. Digs In to Guard Iraq Oil Exports oil, oil, oil, oil, oil. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2007/11/12/n...ui_n_72174.html entire article above link, with pics a little more, I love that pentagon BS "no intention of building permanent U.S. bases in Iraq" Yet, they have built "Vatican 2" oh sorry, that's the embassy , for starters, another one( a base) on the iranian border and this one atop an oil platform!!! No intent of staying though, LOL, God I roll every time I read this claptrap.
  11. FYI: Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week, which will be held Oct. 22-26. ... at George Washington University Swastika's appear just after the "awareness week" First reported Oct 29th. Coincidence? Or inspiration?
  12. oddly enough Argus didn't bother to read some of the rational reasoning that was in my posting. I'll requote: note the economy is looking as if it is heading for trouble. The stock market has been wobbling alot. The Canada Pension Plan lost money. A downturn will affect the posters here a great deal more then a footbath, or a headcovering. But, instead the rampant irrationality of chicken little & the sky is falling. Geopolitical reality and the coveting of resources, pipelines and big business, massive war profiteering, what is that? rational reality. Instead the irrationality of "the Muslims are coming and are going to take over the world hysteria" is regurgitated in all it's hilarity, and presented as "rational" Hilarious!!!! see , glossed right over, why??? Because some are soooo caught up in fear, they can be nothing but irrational.
  13. LOL, hilarious. speak in code, nope. perhaps it is an inability to read on the part of yourself??? or a simple comprehension issue?
  14. The pretext for war was necessary? Tell the posters here why? I have a real good idea of why, but dish BC dish. Oh and I mostly scroll by the BS don't worry, as I roll my eyes . And laugh.
  15. a little update to the terrorwatch list: http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/20...watchlist_N.htm 15,000 want off the U.S. terror watch list see the picture of the deadly terrorist on the site, OMG!!! Be afraid, be habitually afraid!! The complaints have created such a backlog that members of Congress are calling for a speedier appeal system that would help innocent people clear their names so they won't fall under future suspicion. Among those who have been flagged at checkpoints: toddlers and senior citizens with the same names as suspected terrorists on the watch list. got to watch out for those toddlers! what a useless list , that will continue to get bigger and bigger and ever more useless.
  16. I'm not wasting my time.
  17. Pathetic eh? when I read it I wondered why? Was she part of that wacky " Campus Watch" bunch? I mean right when the inflame the hate tour is out and about. Swasitkas reported Oct.30/07 Or is it just a coincidence? and she is just desperate for attention?
  18. All wars are by choice, well as may be said. "No sh*t sherlock" But then why Lie about it? why didn't Bush just say, we want this war, we choose this war. It would have at the very least been truthful. Also saving me from having to read the endless streams of BS justifications.
  19. Don't worry BC lots more will die, for the war of choice.
  20. AT: I would be hard pressed to make a claim that Turkey has not committed genocide, But in all actuality the topic of the article is American hypocrisy, in there response to attacks made by the Kurds, on Turkey and Iran. Vs the response to attacks made by Hezbollah, on Israel. condemnations vs condoning. measured equal responses. No country is angelic or innocent, NONE! What is written about here is the hypocrisy in US response, that is made quite clear by Gwynne Dyer, who I have found MOSTLY to be OK, in his analysis.
  21. I deny I wrote the article because I did not write the article, isn't that Plagiarism to say otherwise. Now what one is left wondering is why you insist on attributing, words to me? What do you feel you have to gain/prove by doing that? Apparently you think you do? Hezbollah, PKK and American Hypocrisy see the title? American response to Hezbollah's action vs American response to PKK's action. Oh as for American hypocrisy, it's obvious, even Gwynne Dyer notes it. Take your issue's up with him.
  22. Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as "dumb, stupid animals to be used" as pawns for foreign policy. Is it a competition?
  23. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071106/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq or did the US simply send more troops to there death for their war of choice? 2007 hasn't even ended yet.
  24. NOPE! Just another nonsensical assumption, based on your own bias.
