  1. Exactly, let them pay their own way.. meanwhile, the media is right on it as it like like the Liberals have dredged up this 2013 Globe and Mail story now that the Ford campaign bus is on the road. IMO we should be more concerned about Liberal political corruption and malfeasance today, than what Ford, who has never been charged with anything, allegedly did starting at age 15, 39 years ago: https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/globe-investigation-the-ford-familys-history-with-drug-dealing/article12153014/Glob/
  2. IMO the media should be responsible for what they publish, especially if the person they targeting or making accusations against, denies it. Take this hit piece for instance: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/pallister-free-press-lawsuit-threat-1.4620806 Pallister denies it and IMO is right to demand answers; why should we believe anonymous sources and why should the target not know who is making the accusations. I don't know much about Pallister but it's not a partisan issue, IMO it's a matter of truth and fairness in reporting.
  3. And so it begins, fake news and lies.  Beware of what you read from Wynne Liberals and their foreign funded front groups.  http://torontosun.com/opinion/editorials/editorial-more-fake-news-from-ontario-liberals

  4. If you oppose carbon taxes, you're a denier.

    If you're pro-life, you don't get access to a gov't jobs fund.

If you reject their fake-feminist rhetoric, you're a Neanderthal.

If you laughed at Peoplekind, you're a Nazi.

If you're an everyday Canadian, the Liberals loathe you.

    Welcome to Trudeau's Liberal land

The Liberals could try a little humility. It might help stop their decline in popularity among Canadians.

      Quote

Governments grow understandably tired of critics who spend their days finding new things to complain about, but the Trudeau Liberals are unusually forthright in displaying their contempt for anyone who holds views they reject.

      Quote

Trudeau’s lust for the limelight and impulsiveness around cameras is hurting his image and getting in the way of effective government. Maybe that’s just his style, but it’s turning into a formula for political trouble.

Staying true to Liberal identity politics, a favoured tactic of theirs.  Expect more of the same and worse to come. She has the stink of desperation about her so nothing will be off the table as far as she and her cronies are concerned.

  8. A straight out lie from Trudeau.  Trudeau appointed a new Senator saying it was "recommended by Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments".  However, this Senate Board is non-existent as shown by the  Gov’t website which shows only the Federal chair filled.  All 28 other federal & provincial panelist seats are vacant!   So who picked the Senator – Gerry Butts ?

    1. AngusThermopyle

Why would anyone be surprised that Trudeau out and out lies? It's all he's done consistently so far. In fact before he was even elected he was lying through his teeth. Has everyone forgotten about the case of the Syrian boy who drowned and who's body was washed up on the beach? Trudeau appeared on TV and flat out said it was Harper's fault, even though it had already been proven to have nothing to do with Harper. The one thing that no person with a shred of honesty can dispute is that Trudeau is a liar.

  10. Where did I say that and - rationing what? Carbon taxes do nothing to stop emissions but will hurt the economy and low income earners. If more provinces push back against the Feds, it could change.
  11. Rationing what? Carbon taxes do nothing to stop emissions, they are just a Ponzi scheme to squeeze the taxpayer.
  12. The carbon tax isn't much of a benefit to those who have to fork over for another tax most of us cannot afford. I guess Ford Derangement Syndrome is in full swing ; so why is the left feeling so threatened by Doug Ford, is it because he's a conservative who just might win. I see the 'social conservative narrative is being trotted out too., although it's never meant anything in provincial politics,. Doesn't matter though, it fits the narrative and if the Toronto Star is disturbed then having him as leader is worth it.
  13. Says here she's conceded, if so she's done the right thing. I voted for Elliot so If the election were not this year I'd say go for it but Ontario can't afford another Wynne/Liberal gov't so it's imperative to move forward. Hartley Lefton's credibility and ethics are above reproach but he took on the worse no-win scenario doing the best he could for the membership; another guy Dave Forestell worked his butt off too. I'm sure there would have been fewer problems without the time constraints so I give them credit, and to Elliot for doing what's best for the Province (and the party) The business with the riding ballots was due to the fact that some ridings share the same postal code, a stupid error on someone's part but given the short period of time they had to get things done no surprise I guess. Maybe we should go back to the delegate process. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/doug-ford-christine-elliott-meeting-1.4571798

Trudeau was in bull sh.t mode today, unbelievable, Trudeau is unbelievably disrespectful refusing to *any* question, rather he attacks the Opposition as he hides behind the the Liberal Speaker.

Honest, this is an actual line from the budget:  "men and boys also have gendered intersecting identities".  Pinky swear, it’s true.

Also unbelievable is the deficit which is triple what he promised in the last election.

    3. AngusThermopyle

      AngusThermopyle

That's his normal modus operandi, he's too good to answer the questions posed to him. In one clip Candice Bergen is asking him if he will distance himself from Butt's comments when he called Canadians who were laughing at Trudeau's peoplekind idiocy Nazi's. There should have been no question, Trudeau should have distanced himself from those remarks without hesitation. Instead he let one of his ministers regurgitate an irrelevant non answer repeatedly while he sat there ignoring the question with an aloof look as he signed autographs. He's an absolute, arrogant dim witted disgrace.

Here is what Butts actually tweeted, of course you expect Trudeau to acknowledge the people who twist words trying to provoke a response.

The lesson to take from this joke being torqued by Infowars and other alt-right nazi friends of the Rebel is they’re paying attention. Game on, #TeamTrudeau.

The best response to bullshyte questions is no response.

  15. Trudeau skipping QP today, needs a personal day to consider the meaning of friend.  Also cos he doesn't have the gonads to stand up & be accountable for his actions, including sending out a bureaucrat to lie for him.

  16. I didn't expect him to be this bad; he is far worse than expected.
  17. Too much Bengal bungle where photo ops and costumes are more important than trade and policy. I don't think anyone is falling for the spin from the PMO that the terrorist was invited by Indians, particularly as the Liberal MP has owned up to it. It's pretty serious when the PMO lies in order to smear a foreign government. One thing I’d like to know is who is the person lying to the media, and why is he/she being protected (media is not allowed to tell)
  18. According to CTV the PMO actually tried to make the invite list a secret citing "privacy" and "security". Can't wait for the damage control on this one. Manveer Singh is one of the official journalists with Team Trudeau, check him out and his role with TV84. The "Modi is a Terrorist" has a nice ring to it for a journalist with the Trudeau entourage, PM Mondi should kick him out of India.
  19. Trudeau's little family vacation along with 6 cabinet ministers and their entourages is costing us a bundle particularly as there is little official business.  https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-news/trudeau-s-unusual-india-visit-raises-eyebrows-criticised-by-canada-watchdog/story-Xg6UmLGX4g3AkPHhD87oVL.html

You so funny Impact. The problem with your statement is the fact that Trudeau is clearly as thick as two short planks whereas no sane person ever accused Harper of not being intelligent. Admit it, you fell head over heels for the obviously intellectually challenged empty suit.

So true scribblet. Now not only is the world laughing at Trudeau once more, but the Indians are non too pleased with him, and that's putting it mildly. What's with this guy, he just can't stay away from terrorists and their ilk. Not only does he import Indian chefs to India, he also brings along Indian terrorists.

Better delete this question quick, right? Lol

  21. No one is looking for 'perfection' but they do want the truth especially when anonymous allegations can ruin a guy's life and career. The reporter(s) obviously didn't do all their research before printing, but I suppose that doesn't matter if you are out to tar and feather some one. Enough has come out now to cast more than a little doubt on their stories. Brown is now suing - and rightly so.
