So, the recipients of The Independent Board of Subsidy largess will impose its own values test.  Voters will scream and yell when outlets they don't like get money and vice versa.   The Trudeau regime has found the worst way to implement a bad idea.  Pretty da.ned remarkable, even for Trudeau.
