Then give all the capital and revenue to the poor...and watch what happens.

That's easy, BC2004. It will make its way back to whoever produces our worlds products.
The problem isn't the rich or the poor. It's how a global market has under cut any realistic chance for me as a individual to produce anything I can sell at a competitive price.

The poor need to slowly make their way back to making everything for themselves.
