Harper plans public meeting with Dalai Lama
mikedavid00 replied to Leafless's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I strongly disagree. Canada should not try to play the role of an international power broker when we are not one. We're a very small country with our own citizens dying on our own medical waiting lists. We need to focus more on Canada, less on foreign/international affairs. Whatever is going on oversea's is their issue, their business. We have our own major problems to deal with and I'm becoming less and less tolarant of our gov't stepping into world affairs, internation panels, and international discussions on issues that hurt our economy. Let the UK chase their tail, not Canadians. -
Imam Said Jaziri deported to Tunisia

Bingo. He'll always be Canada's problem. Us taxpayers of Canada have to pay for him to be here. -

51% of Afghans Feeling Good About Country's

That's just it though. You you can't 'rid' Islam. It's not possible. The best we can do is stop letting them to our countries for our own safety. -

Actually the CBC did fund this poll... makes you think. Either way, I'm tired of trying to get involed in the affairs of Islam around the world. The solution is to stop letting them in here. -

No that's your interpertation. The Iraqi polls were highly in favor of the troups staying once they got a taste of freedom and could speak about issues on talk radio. They wanted them to leave eventually but were greatful and knew what was good for them. And then all the aid from Red Cross and Unicef. The same happens in Afganistan pretty much, and they are ungreatful and want us out now. You can't sugar coat that. They are just animals and we should pull out. -

Iraqi's didn't feel the same way and still don't. A very high majority of them want troops to stay, but eventually leave. This survey is completely different with these animals simply wanting us out now and feeling that their country has not imporved. Good. Cya later then. All forces should pull out and let the taliban come back and cover the women in blue sheets and whip them with a stick if they don't behave. -

Regardless, the people do not want us there and feel there is not an overwhellming sence of optamism as there was in Iraq. They pretty much want us ot leave. I would have put the number at 80% but these people really ARE animals I guess. Scum of the earth. Lets just leave. They certainly aren't worth it. Nato can build their pipeline. Let's get out now. -

No I'm hard core right wing. HARD CORE. That means i'm democratic and for the people. The people have spoken and said they don't appreciate the direction their country is going and they don't want foreign troops there. Good. Then we'll just go. Lets table a proposition, have them vote on it, and if it's not 80%, then we're gone. -

mikedavid00 replied to Alexandra's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Regardless, I was seriously expecting to 90% to be in favor. This is not like a political poll, this is something completely different. Think about the jobs they have now, the food donations, look at the clothing even that their wearing during the survey and it's appearant they are scum. They surveyd in a safe area also. I am no longer favoring this mission at all. I'm so p*ssed at them being so ungreatful after all our country has given them. All the donations, food, clothing, schools, etc. And this is what they think of us? *** THAT! BRING OUR TROOPS HOME NOW. -

"60 per cent of Afghans surveyed believe the presence of foreign troops has been good for their country. As well, 51 per cent said they feel their country is headed in the right direction, compared to 28 per cent who responded that it's headed in the wrong direction. The remaining interviewees saw no change or didn't know." Sorry guys, I love our military but it's time to go. These people aren't appreciating what we are going through and our deaths for their country. They can go to hell. Bring the troops home. -
I was too busy at work today to post. I was listening the the CBC radio. (I have to becuase AM reception doens't work at my work. I listen to CBC about 8 hours a day believe it or not. It is an anti-Canadian, tax vacuum, self hating radio station with rare exceptions. Today I learned all about video games in China and the social problems of video games in China. Consequently, the host is 'Asian Canadian' so it fills his ghettoised special interest while the CBC continually violates its mandate. I filed a complaint on the website. I also did this about another storey and never got a response). This time I threatened to take it further if they did not respond. The first complaint was over videogame/chat rooms in Brazil where our tax dollars funded CBC employees to go to Brazil to do a 5 min report on a local issue that has nothing to do with Canadians. Anyway, this book store owner in Toronto came on the radio show at noon and basically said he sells his books at the American price marked on the book He said business is up 89% over the same time last year since he did this. He doesn't suffer from the self hatred Canadian mindset and understand economics I guess. You know, the first time I turned Conservative (when I was 18 years old?) is when someone actually EXPLAINED why lower taxes are better for us as a whole. I think his name was Rush Limbaugh. He said when you LOWER transit fairs, more people will take transit meaning they will make more money. They then got small business owners to show their hands and asked how many people they would lay off if they got further tax increases. That made it real clear. Jennie cannot understand these concepts becuase maybe she's never actually been told or taught why lower taxes or especially capital gains taxes help our economy. Think about it. A well to do person makes money off investments should not be taxed. On it's face, it sounds rediculous, but there's never, ever another side to the issue that explains why this rich person being taxes is a BAD thing. Maybe someone can explain why taxing rich and capital gains is such a bad idea for Jennie.

They know they have to do this to win. You think they like associating with immigants? No. They shove them in with us to deal with while they live their elite lives in their elite communities so have no clue what the average mere mortal has to deal with. What the Liberal function with Ignatieff, Rae, and such and you will see some immigrants trying to get in there (south asians of course) and they try their best to ignore them. It's pretty sad. Rae was an elite. A total elite at that thing. All the elders were around him that night. God knows I hope he doesn't become Liberal leader.

4 ppl. 1600 = 400 each. 400 / 8 = $50/h. Each. That is below a fee for consultants or even lawyers for a per hour fee. I'm actually suprised they are getting paid so low. The Liberals would never release the amount and would stuff our tax dollars in envelopes and steal millions of dollars. Oh yeah.. they already did that.

The Six Nations and Crime in Ontario
mikedavid00 replied to kengs333's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Yes and you can say the same about immigrants. Both are the elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about. When you enforce law on Natives, they fight back. I kind of like that about them. Good thing they don't vote and are not that politically active. I have a soft spot for natives. They have guns, rifles, bullets, camoflauge gear and will fight back to their own gov't if they feel they are wrong. Oka taught us the hard way. When the Mayor of Cornwall tried to get the police to bust down on smuggling, he came to work one morning to find bullet holes on his office door. I'll never forget those news reports. After this happened the mayor backed down and refused to deal with that issue. The RCMP coastgaurd or OPP or whatever it was at the time would show the news anchors the bullet holes in the side of their boat. When Oka went down, it became a world news story and political issue with law suits threatened from Americans from the wacko libs. The rersult was the Canadian gov't LOWERING taxes on tobacco and ciggarette packs went from $9 to $3.50 almost over night. Anyone remember that? The natives lost in the end, but did they? They got the gov't to finally did something no one though possible, they lowered tobacoo taxes and cowered out. The gov't will continue to cower out. Now it's just a matter of continually paying these people off. And who do you have to blame? YOURSELF. YOU are a lefty lib who likes to put minorities up on pedistals like their somehow better than us. You are all for groups just like natives (but with turbans) completely segregating themselves and taking advantage of us. Well the natives are no different than immigrants. Both claiming special status and minority status with their palms out and given special advantages. And You sir, support that idealism. Honestly, and left wing person on this forum has NO RIGHT to complain about natives. -
Federally it could be close because Muslims will be on both poll choices this time. Also dumb dumb's will say that becasue the economy is good, it must be because of harper. But i don't know what goes on behand closed doors: if immigrants think that Harper will threaten their ailing parents being sponsored in, then they will always vote Liberal. That is their #1 concern. Not jobs, not social programs. That is secondary to them.

Well we're now back to 2050 again as far as emissions which I always said was a realistic target. Mikeal Jean and her Seperatist, FLQ (terrorist) toasting husband did a really good job.

Alberta oil thirst leading to disaster ?
mikedavid00 replied to jennie's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
That's not true. Wind and solar could power cars. They would be home units, recharche batteries, and then charge your car over night. This is completely feasable but too expensive right now and I didn't go to school so I can drive a car than I weigh more than. Heheh.. I wonder what the gov't would do if citizens started to power their own homes and vehicles from private solar and wind generation? I have a hunch they wouldn't like that very much. The gov't likes the power grid. It's one of the many ways that they excersize control over us. -
The polls indicate that we DO want an election. People are now used to living without the Liberal Regime and we need to get the war on soon! We need to do it now before immigrants take on more ridings. Let the election begin!! It's time for battle. No one left standing but Harper and a majority by a thin margin.

Because that I did not support Tory so I decided to throw away my vote. I don't have it in me to support Liberals for what they did to this country and will never vote for them in my life. I let my riding vote in Liberal for me. As I've said before, I didn't even bother voting because my electoral district has been hijacked by certain ethnicities so the CPC winning was impossible. Why do you think the voting turn out was so low? Canadians are beginnign to give up. Now when I am forced to vote, I will be going out and riding outcomes would change. You might be suprised.

Local Conservatives Stick With Casey
mikedavid00 replied to jdobbin's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Well the average voter doesn't care too much about the east coast. They view them as a group of people who refuse to work always have thier hand out begging for money. I doubt any damage will be done. -
It's not like we have a say anyway. I feel that the public can decide if we are made to vote.
