Doom never happens? How glib. WWI. WWII. The recession of 1980(20% interest rate). The recession of 2000. 2008, in which millions lost their homes and jobs. Major corporations would have failed except for billions in bail out debt.
Doom never happens, until it happens to you. Then you types want immediate help from your country. Tell me, what do you ever do for your country or your fellow man. Get your nose out of your phone, your digital life and do some good.
