What's on my mind right now, is bacon. I just cooked some up on my day off, its fresh from the Costco cooler. Fletcher's Bacon. Natural Maple. Oh yeah, bacon lover, it's Alderwood smoked too! You have got to buy some of this stuff, I can still taste the smoke...

So the thing about the bacon sold at Costco is, its super thick compared to the bacon shavings you get these days at the grocery store. Thick, salty, and full of fat, just the way I like it.

I've got about 6 packs in the freezer! Had been eating it practically everyday a couple of weeks ago - decided to slow it down a bit! You know......nitrates and all that stuff.
