How powerful will that be if delivered virtually, while he's at the hospital?

Landslide victory?  That puts a cork on the Dems, too. 

Or, will it be damaging?

Of course, the one proviso is that Covid might just take him out, in which case all bets are off...

I like Mike Pence, but it might be an uphill battle if he’s given the reins at this late date.
