  1. The irony of these consecutive posts by the same member.
  2. Weird how Banon was guilty of the exact same crime when he had a president claiming executive privilege.
  3. Of course, Garland is lashing out. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2024/06/11/merrick-garland-justice-department-threats-fbi-2024/ Well, Jack Smith is a proven, serial abuser of the court system: https://townhall.com/tipsheet/saraharnold/2023/07/28/this-is-harassment-trump-speaks-out-following-latest-indictment-charges-n2626354 It is funny how the #3 at the DOJ quit his prestigious job to take a near entry level Jon in NY and just so happened to end up on the Trump case. That's so weird. What a coincidence, right? Who is this guy fooling? His DOJ is blatantly political. Probably the most political law enforcement we have seen since Hoover. He should run scared. This banana.republic b.s. has to stop. We have to end it. And it only ends when they see real, tangible losses. That means cuffs. That means jail time. J7, 2025, enforce the law and arrest him for contempt of congress.
  4. They prosecuted Banon when he had a legitimate assertion of executive privilege. Biden has an illegitimate assertion, is likely guilty (per the Hurr report) and the DOJ and WH admit the transcripts are not accurate. Seems like an open and shut case if it was anyone other than the right hand man to the tin pot dictator that runs our banana republic.
  5. I never said they weren't willfully ignorant. 🤨
  6. It is clear to me that the gun banners don't have any understanding of firearms. That is why they want to ban them. Of course, no ban really harms those that would break the law. Bans only harm those that follow the law.
  7. Holly cow. This isn't rocket science. Does he not get it or does he just refuse to accept he didn't know what he's talking about?
  8. It's a punitive law. He certified he wasn't on drugs. He was punished for lying. If it was a preventative law, he would have had to submit to a drug test.
  9. You guys are wasting all your time debating an aspect of this case that was ancillary. The ATF did not have authority to create law [Full Stop]. Machine guns have nothing to do with this because this isn't a machine gun like device. If anything, it simulates full auto. There's a difference and it is very important. Like them or hate them, the law must be made by congress. The ATF did not follow the law.
  10. Do you not notice that the things you say people are for are things those people never said or did?
  11. Lol...the article laments that the judges are following the law while being unable to edit for proper word use. What does this have to do with anything? There is a guy with TDS that is made that judges don't adhear to his fantasies? Who cares?
  12. I think it means he closed his eyes so he wouldn't hear something.
  13. Do you really want to start your time here with a racist post?
  14. Lmao, all your link does is open another window to this thread. And you opinion piece is by a guy that doesn't know the difference between hear and here. Desperate times...amiright?
  15. He did the right thing. He campaigned against her overtly corrupt personality and then didn't do anything about it when she was relegated to irrelevant. Is he saying that he never said that? Meh. Ok. Biden says he was a civil rights leader when he wasn't, claims he was a professor when he wasn't, won't acknowledge his granddaughter, said he attendend like 5 different ethnic churches every Sunday (even the ones that met on saturday) and so on. Saying a politician lied is like saying a fish drank water. What I care about is actions. Trump did not resort to banana republic tactics and Biden did. Trump had a good economy, Biden doesn't. Trump didn't start any new wars, Biden can't stop wars from starting. Trump slowed illegal immigration, Biden set new records. Trump slowed regulatory growth, Biden will regulate anything. The choice is clear. Either vote for the guy that has nothing good to run on or vote for the guy that is a bombastic jackass that got the job done.
  16. 2 weeks after the banana republic style conviction, Trump has the exact same EC map: https://www.realclearpolling.com/maps/president/2024/no-toss-up/electoral-college
  17. D.C. National Guard chief: Pentagon took 3 hours to greenlight troops during Capitol assault One of the military leaders who advised against deploying troops was Lt. Gen. Charles Flynn, the brother of ex-Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, the Guard chief said. Weird how the truth never favors the left. It should also be noted that this same guy testified that this was the first time he was ever ordered to get permission to respond to a threat. Why would they do that? What was the point? Flynn should tell us what his thinking was.
  18. Lmao...that literally means they aren't ruling out commuting the sentence. Ruling out commuting the sentence would be "The President will not commute Hunter's sentence if he's convicted." What she said is the equivalent of no comment. BTW, you trash the NYP, but others are saying the exact same thing. The AP: The White House isn’t ruling out a potential commutation for Hunter Biden after his conviction USA Today: The White House isn’t ruling out a potential commutation for Hunter Biden after his conviction Are they trash? Or are you just a partisan hack that will never acknowledge the gravity of what Joe, Hunter, James and the rest of the family did?
  19. Remember, "NO one (on the right) is above the law!"
  20. White House won’t rule out Biden commuting Hunter’s sentence if he gets prison time. This is in regards to the tax case. The tax case is a far far bigger case than the stupid gun charge. He was guilty of it, but it's a small crime in comparison. The tax case will bring up the fact that Hunter was an unregistered foreign lobbyists. That's a problematic crime, but the bigger problem is who he was lobbying. He was lobbying Joe Biden and Barack Obama. That would expose both of them to the potential to be questioned, under oath, about their interactions with Hunter. Keep in mind, there is a detailed record of every phone call Hunter made to the WH operator. Further, it would give the prosecutors a door to subpeona the call history of Joe Biden's burner phone. Couple that information with the fact that the laptop has now been confirmed as legitimate by the FBI, in court and under oath. There is no more denying (libs will still deny it) that the lap top is genuine and unaltered. The doors that open in this case are eminence, assuming the prosecuter is competent.
