I guess they are counting on one or two ideas to be true. Either those that hear Joe Biden did really well didn't watch it or they had such low expectations that that gaffe laden diatribe was just fine. The reality is, he forget who his VP is, gave up his delegates, started screaming about bullets from out of no where, misquoted the jobs numbers by a factor of 100, lost his train of thought and said "any way" six or seven times, and told America to listen to Trump when he mocks Joe.

Look, the questions is do we make important decisions by A. Only allowing those that have a vested interest in the success and failure of this country, and the rights, freedoms and restrictions that governor us, OR B. Let the entire world determine how Americans are governed. Only allowing voters that are citizens is the only acceptable answer. A.
