  1. There should be a board of doctors that a deindentified chart is sent to and they give the approval or denial.
  2. B isn't true, it's semantics/word games. What makes it not a human? Nothing. If we agree that all humans have rights, then your word game about it being a person is worthless. C There is a bad saying about your rights end were mine begin. That isn't true. Our rights intersect all the time. In those instances, the courts have several factors that are important in determining whose rights prevail. The big ones are cause and harm. If you cause a car wreck, you are responsible because you encroached on two important rights, person and property. As such, the courts will require that you, to the greatest extent possible, will have to make restitution. If you pump and dump a stock, you harmed other investors and will be held liable. In the case of abortion, the mother likely caused the child to come into existence, she is responsible and therefore her rights are secondary. Further, if the child dies as a result of her actions, she is responsible for a greater harm so her rights are secondary. If the child is killing her, then her rights become primary.
  3. Why should the woman have more rights than the baby? The baby didn't ask to be brought into existence. In the overwhelming majority of abortions, the baby is not the result of rape. So it isn't like the woman didn't know she could be pregnant. So why does she get to create them kill that human?
  4. Yes. Just like I want thounshalt not murder to be forced on everyone. I want thou shalt not steal forced on everyone. It's all morally acceptable to protect the rights of the victims.
  5. And why? Did you listen to the whole thing? The primary why is that they teach their students that they should discriminate based on skin color. So you are apparently for systematic racism. Then why did younoppose the speech that spent a large portion of the timebalotted toward preventing the teaching of discrimination based on skin color.
  6. No. This was a mistake. They should have treated her. But your reaponsw is going to be to force hmthe hospital to perform all abortions.
  7. You know, this speech decreed the use of skin color in discrimination. Should we assume you support discriminating based on race?
  8. Too bad reality doesn't align with your fantasy. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/FYFRGDA188S https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/W006RC1Q027SBEA In 1981 and 1986 Reagan issued massive tax cuts and the real revenue climbed. In 2018 the Trump tax cuts took effect and the revenue skyrocketed. But you believe your fantasy.
  9. Of course the left wants to force people to do things that are morally reprehensible.
  10. Well, dumbas$, it helps the first responders and those that do have a home.
  11. Donald Trump's net worth dropped by about $700m And that's was before the lawfare.
  12. At least Trump is getting them Starlink so they can communicate
  13. Obvouly there is more. There better be. Otherwise, kick all these illegal aliens out of the free hotels and withdraw our deposits out of the Bottomless Pit Of Ukraine Bank and help these people.
  14. You do know you are being laughed at right now, don't you? Tampon Tim's motorcade after holding up a single Tampon for the boys at Michigan: Trump at the Alabama game: Who relates to the people better? Elmer Fudd with a tampon up his ass or the Billionaire that gave up his fortune to help an entire country?
  15. My $1 is on the Biden administration breaking the strike, like they did with the railworkers, and forcing a contract on the union. What they did to the rail workers is why the Teamsters rank and file won't vote for Harris. If they do this, it'll destroy their assumed union vote. If they don't, the economy will collapse.
  16. No, autocorrect got me.
  17. I know. I know. Robosmith, Hodad and the left will respond with "...but Trump..."!
  18. There was intelligence that 5 Iranian teams were recruiting people to kill Trump. And the day before, Rowe reversed his decision to not provide counter snipers teams.
  19. So it is your argument that several decisions to deny requests in the face of known threats was nothing more than incompetence? What if I told you that layered incompetence is intent? One bad decision is one bad decision. But there was a systematic failure here. Those failures came from people that did know better. To say it was incompetence is to ignore their qualifications and expertise. How could people that have all the information, training and experience make so many bad decisions? Intent.
  20. He earned it when he won the Presidency. I'd be more incensed at the illegals that are murderers and rapists that are getting welfare benefits.
