I can base on my own anectdotal experience that over 50% of the protesting parents never once attended Parent Teacher Night because the hockey game was on, FFS. The same parents were there and the same parents were missing at every one I ever attended. Just as the same one was at every school bard meet protesting sex ed.

Well the news reported that there was but 16 is still a kid. Sorry. So if you're saying 16 year olds can get their breasts hacked off without parental consent - thats' still kids having life altering surgeries without their parents knowledge or consent and that's a problem.
And i still haven't seen you present ANYTHING that suggests the harm of not doing it is worse than the obvious harm doing it.

What they've got now is a lot. They have clear and convincing evidence. Now they're looking at completing the puzzle and raising that to evidnece beyond a reasonable doubt.

I can - and it's easy to see they have a lot of evidence, but that they have some gaps. If they can fill those gaps with facts then biden goes to jail. If they can't, then they won't be able to meet the bar of a criminal conviction, although it might still be enough to convince the public he's dirty. It sure looks that way.
