On the contrary. What I do think is adults should be capable of making adult decisions. Organizations/companies/employers also make decisions that are best for them. Is the decision an inconvenience? Yes. Will the decision upset some people? Yes. Are all decisions equal? No they are not. Are worldwide pandemics normal? No. Were countries/provinces/municipalities/companies/organizations prepared for worldwide pandemic? No, not even a little bit. Did they make mistakes? For sure they did.
